It works best if you clasp them around the narrowest part of your waist and then pull the garment down over your abdomen as you go. Ideally when you start a waist training regimen your garment should fit best on the loosest setting so that you have room to size down. Recommendation for use : This is everyday waist trainer ,designed to be worn comfortably for longer stretches. Best trainer i've found so far!
I love that it covers from the upper most ribs all the way to my mid hip area. It keeps from creating and rollover areas. I also like the ease of putting it on by myself as the strech of the fabric lets my pull the hook and eyes together in my own. It also is a very breathable fabric.

This is my first time wearing a waist trainer. I ordered a 2x. It came in the mail after about a month of ordering it. But I already knew it was going to be delayed shipping. Putting it on wasn't too difficult. It doesn't fall down. And it is not horribly uncomfortable! I am so excited to see how this works out! Don't let the cheap price and shipping scare you away! AND I CAN BREATHE!!!!!!!!Update 12/6- I just ordered another one! In a smaller size. But I have also changed my lifestyle. I've also lost 63 lbs in a year. I noticed a lot if changes since wearing the waist trainer. And I am so thrilled to be ordering it in a smaller size! Worth it to me!
