Q: What is the part # for the replacement cutter wheel?

The replacement cutter wheel is " Ridgid 29973 E635 Stainless Steel Cutter Wheel with bearings." By the way, I assume you know there is a spare cutter wheel in the handle?

Q: can you cut cold rolled steel tubing(1/8" wall) with this?

I have not cut 3mm material with this cutter, however I cut 1.6mm stainless steel easily with it. The secret is to lubricate all components well with inox or wd40 and turn frequently only increasing the pressure when you feel the roller has done its job at that tension. If too much pressure is applied and no lube, the tendency is to damage the roller and strain the tool. It is a great tool if used correctly and could do your requirements if this principal is adopted.

2 types one for Copper tubes and one for SS tubing. SS one works great for both.

Q: Can this cut a 2” emt conduit?

Yes this can cut 2” emt it can cut 2 5/8” copper, made for Stainless Steel tubing.
