I have used the tea for years and have liked it but it does cause cramps at time. I found these capsules and like these much better. The convenience of the pills and no cramping make these a better choice for me!

Definitely a great alternative to the tea... although costly. The cost is twice as much as one tea bag versus the 3 capsules. Worked the same.
