It seems durable. It heats up quick the timer and electronics function properly. So far I've only done pint glasses with it but I feel like I got my money's worth. The machine was also easy to assemble. I will update the review if anything changes upon doing shirts or using any of the other attachments. 2 cons - 1. The directions are vague. You really have to research to figure out how to change stuff out. There are some youtube videos of people demonstrating similar machines. 2. I can't figure out if there is a gage to let you know how much pressure you are applying. I don't think there is. This is inconvenient because some vinyl requires a certain amount of pressure. This made me a bit nervous doing the glasses as I was anticipating a possible break.

Great little machine and super easy to use.One minor issue to be aware of is that the bed slides in and out on tracks. These tracks come WELL GREASED and need cleaned off or else the grease will stain anything that touches them. My first shirt looked great from the front but was grease stained on the back where the collar hung over and touched the track.Also, the tracks don't have any end stops so, if you pull the bed out too far, it will come off in your hands and can cause the machine to tip over.Once you get the hang of how to use it though, it does just what it's supposed to and, in my opinion, is well worth the investment.

Was supposed to come with mug press. I got the insert but not the press part. Disappointing because that was one of the main reasons I bought it

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this machine to make mugs for my wedding and shirts for my bachelor party. I have not used it yet, this is just a review as of the unboxing while I wait to figure out what designs to use.+ High quality+ Competitively priced+ Essentially no assembly required+ Shipping was incredibly fast for such a huge object+ 8-in-1 comes with essentially all the components you need besides the vinyl+ I like that it's fairly modular so if a part breaks it won't be too hard to fix- The instructions are in very poorly translated English- Some of the heat-molded sheathings on the cords aren't secured 100% which makes me question the longevityOverall, should you buy it? My answer is yes, if you're looking for a machine to do some casual designs for a large event or two in your life; however if it's for a business I wouldn't be qualified to say either way as I have no experience with these machines.I'm impressed!

Everything works as expected. This is my first heat press so the lack of directions for use was frustrating! I tried finding information on line and there is very little! It took about 4 plus weeks before it was even shipped, another week to receive and was made in China.

So figuring out how to work this product, can't get settings to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Other than that it worked for a big project I just completed. I've only used it for shirt and hat application. Instructions are vague, but there's plenty of YouTube videos out there

This works perfectly!!!!! Did an amazing job for what it was purchased to do and that was to make T-shirts!!! All the rest of the attachments are an add bonus!!! The only issue is the shipping did take a week longer then it states on the track my package but i sent an email and the company responded immediately with an update and let me know it was definitely in route!!

I like the price and the multi purpose features. There is no manual unless you reach out to the company as to how to operate it. Needless to say, I have not used it since I purchased it 2 years ago. The value for the money is reasonable and it is definitely sturdy and heavy.
