I've been using this product for 15 years and although I seen the price rise it's worth every penny. Spray it on muscle pain for any know reason and the pain will be gone in 20 minutes.I tried to get a physician I worked with to use it on a crink in his neck that had been bothering him all day. He wouldn't try it until he left work because he didn't won't his patients to smell it, but he called finally put it on and left. He called me in 15 minutes and said he couldn't believe his pain was gone and he was turning his head from side to side. He's not the only one who gave it great thumbs up so I highly recommend it.

I've been buying and using Kool 'n' Fit for years and I love this pain-relief product. Not as strong smelling as BioFreeze but good to relieve pain naturally, to stop itchy bug bites, head off headaches and tight shoulders, on and on and on. I used to buy directly from the manufacturer and the product hasn't changed. Don't be skimpy with it--spray or splash it on and let it air dry. Don't rub it in. Not for areas of broken skin or mucus membranes.

I’ve have used this Kool N Fit for years. The massage therapist I go to use it to loosen tight muscles, and continued my massage, then went back to the tight muscle that she used Kool N Fit on and she was able to now work on the tight muscles with ease. Kool N Fit pain reliever does the job that's for sure. I use after showering for shoulder pain and low back pain and find it helpful for close to 24 hours. I'm a gym rat and work on strengthening the surrounding areas of pain, over the years I've learned that it's the best medicine with the help of Kool N Fit. Hey....beats going to the doctor.

Been using this for years. I play hockey (Goalie) and I get a lot of bruises and strained muscles. This works great at reducing bruises and strained muscles.
