Sudqi,Yes we can ship to Saudi Arabia! There isn't a lot of difference in features between the 423001 (Elmscan 5 Compact) and the 425801 (Obdlink SX). The SX is a newer version and has a higher quality chip then the Elmscan. If you think you will be investing in vehicle-specific software to access additional codes later on, then I would recommend the SX. However, for just reading and clearing the basic codes OBDII standard listed at this link: http://www.scantool.net/obdwiz/#supported_pids , both tools will do this with the free software we provide.You should be aware before purchasing, that our scan tools, like most generic scan tools, only work with OBDII compliant vehicles. Each country has different requirements for manufacturers. In the US, any car or light truck from 1996 or newer was required to make them OBDII compliant. However, different countries have different requirements, some not many at all. You must FIRST chose the software that you want to use. Then read the documentation of that software. Wenn it says that ELM327 or Scantool adapters are supported, you can buy this one.

torque proにて常用中

電波法に引っ掛かるのが嫌でコチラを選択しました日本語訳の説明書が付属すると良かったですUSB2.0(480Mbps)仕様ですけど上位グレードのEXでも通信速度が2000kbpsなのでUSB1.1(12Mbps)で十分です追記：USB側からの給電のみで動作しますのでOBD側の16pinを不要に出来ますのでOBD延長ケーブル等を使用して16pin部を切断すると長期間エンジン停止時のバッテリー残量減少を解決する事が出来ます
