So this is basically the same whole food multivitamin you can get from several different "manufacturers" here on Amazon. The reason you get an extra 30 pills is because they take the compressed tablets and crush them to powder. Then they fill gel-caps with the powder. Any one who has ever done this at home will quickly realize that you have to get an extra 30 gel-caps to hold the powder you get from crushing solid tablets. That's why out of at least 20 different "manufacturers" with the same exact ingredients in the exact same quantities..., this is the only 1 with "extra" pills for the same $$. And before you claim that powder is easier to digest let me remind you that gel-caps are made from pig skin and they have to be digested completely to get at that powder. Tablets are just pure whole food vitamin. In case you didn't realize it yet..., every single company selling this combination of vitamin is coming from 1 place and getting different labels applied as if they're not the same place. So those extra 30 pills are just 30% smaller than the 20 or so competitors. You do get one real extra thing though. About a handful of pig skin ...

The only reason I did not give 5 stars (yet) is because this is a new product for us and my husband just started taking it.I have long been faithful to the organic method of supplements. This company is relatively new to me and I have tried their CoQ10 and I'm happy with it. I like that this is a small company committed to true health. I now have their Ashwaghanda and the Men's Multivitamin as well. I suspect that I will be back with 5 star reviews after we have had an opportunity to use these for a period of time. I would recommend without hesitation.

Before taking the product I felt tired by the middle of the day. Since I have started taking the product I feel more energy throughout the day. This has helped some with my digestion. I have taken other whole food vitamins and can say this is one of the best I have tried so far. I hope to feel some of the other benefits this product claims to help with.

The value is good with a well balanced profile. And though they don’t taste great, they taste better than most. Also the size is manageable.
