I bought this for my 91 year old mother who is hard of hearing (more like she hardly hears). This replaced external speakers I had previously purchased. Her tv with the speakers was so loud that I could hear it on other floors of the house, yet she still could not clearly hear her tv. After reviewing the comments of others, this was purchased. It was easy to install and solved the problem immediately. Now I can't hear her listening to the shrillness of "Judge Judy" nor the dulcet tones of the cloying "Dr. Phil" yet she can. Great price and would recommend.

Love it!!! Works great!!! At night when I am watching TV, I turn the volume "off" on the TV and have the speaker by me. This keeps the noise from disturbing others. The compact size is great! It reminds me of the transistor radios we had in the 70's. Awesome sound for the size. Being able to recharge it instead of buying batteries is another plus. Would highly recommend this item.

So I bought one of the cheaper items of this category. I wasn't looking for much. I have very little hearing issues, but what I wanted was a wireless speaker to keep the volume down at night. This thing is incredible. I'm not sure I could call that a function of the device or a result of the concept of having a Bluetooth speaker. I have it sitting on my nightstand and I put the TV down to zero and use only the speaker during times when I don't want a lot of noise. I have thin walls in my house and I can easily disturb others. Because the speaker is right next to me, it's like watching the TV on volume 10 when normal volume would be around 25 with a maximum volume of 50. It sounds like the volume was at level 25. I hear voices clearly and there's no interference or static. Obviously this isn't the greatest quality of speaker, so don't expect movie theater sound. But if all you want to do is hear the TV remotely like I do oh, it's as good as you need. The only negative I have is the device was supposed to be paired before it left the factory but it wasn't. The instructions weren't exactly clear on how to re-pair it oh, and I eventually got it done. The lights on the device are very hard to distinguish for the pairing sequence. Just keep in mind that there is a single LED for its light that is green or blue or flashing blue and green for the pairing process and it's very hard to tell between the colors. I've had it on for 7 to 8 hours and it still was working on showing no signs of battery weakness. All in all a perfect device for my needs.

Looks like a little portable radio. Easy to set up (plug transmitter into TV: 1 USB for power; 1 3.5mm jack for TV output audio). Receiver can run on internal rechargeable batteries or plug-in source. Already paired to transmitter. I use it to listen to TV in home office, but can listen outside or in garage, etc. No bluetooth, but I didn't want that anyway. We'll see if it lasts long-term. No reason why it shouldn't. I would say that it is good value. Made in China, so someone's getting a good profit on it.

Bought for my husband who is very pleased at finally hearing what is being said on the tv. He wears hearing aids and this seems to make everything clearer with turning up the volume.

My dad recently suffered with sudden deafness. It’s a horrible condition that causes hearing loss with no explanation why. I bought this to try to help him with no great expectations. This unit actually works! He is able to hear his television without disturbing everyone around him. It was a stepping stone that was worth every penny.

I purchased this for my grandmother who is hard of hearing and didn’t want to turn the Tv volume to the MAX. This works Awesome!!! Will probably buy another one soon.

Received my speaker today 5/15/19. I have really mad hearing. I have to turn my TV up so much it bothers everyone else. I have it setting on a table next to my chair and I can hear it fine and it doesn't bother anyone else. It took 2 minutes to set it up. The sound is great can't tell the difference between it and my TV speakers. I am really pleased so far. I will post again after I've had it awhile.

Great little speakers, good quality sound. They are very versatile. Love them!!!

This product worked on 1 tv out of three. One that we needed it for would not work on. So I cant really comment on quality of sound . Or battery life

Excellent quality. I bought a more expensive one in the past for a different television and this one actually has better quality. Needs an audio out jack on tv, had to buy a couple additional items to get it connected but am very happy with it. Purchased for my father.

Never worked once, research this item more as I didn’t and I’m stuck with it.
