builds cartilage. Great price, I take 2 in am and 2 in pm along with MCHC, (progressive labs) which has a live form of calcium that works with you body to re-build bone, not just fill in the gaps. Stay young my friends

This is a great product to use if you have arthritis
This is a great product to use if you have arthritis, however, be careful who you order from. I ordered 3 bottles from Holistic+ and my package arrived empty and they refused to send more.

Four times the price of competitors
This was the brand recommended to me by a doctor for arthritis, but it's a pretty terrible price. They don't bother stating the nutrition details in this product's description, but after a lot of searching I finally found a picture on another site of the nutrition label for this bottle. It reads as follows:Serving size 2 capsulesServings per container 60Amount per serving:Cetyl Myristoleate complex 550mgCetyl Myristoleate 110mgCetyl Myristate 146.3mgOther Cetyl Esters 18.7mgCompare that to Natrol CetylPure Capsules, 120-Count which is half the price and has the same serving size of 2 capsules but twice as much Cetyl Myristoleate complex 1100mg and Cetyl Myristoleate 220mg. Basically you're paying four times as much per unit of active ingredient in this Karuna brand. Although the Natrol brand doesn't mention having Cetyl Myristate or Other Cetyl Esters and I don't know if those are important. Since they aren't part of the product title, I'm guessing not.
