Adorable but paint job is lacking
This photo frame really spins like a ferris wheel. Super cute idea. It comes very well packaged. The paint? Maybe it's supposed to look antique? It unfortunately takes away from the beauty of the item in my opinion. Still, it's cute and fun. I think my children will love it.
