I bought this power strip converter to upgrade my older transformer to one that also has USB ports for charging. I just go back from a 10 days trip to Spain and it worked great, just as expected. It's a bit heavy and bulky for those who may be backpacking, but not an issue for suitcase travelers.The cord has a Europe plug, but adapters for other countries are included. 4 USB ports are nicely added on the side for me to charge my phone and tablet. My only criticism is what I found that the two 3 pronged outlets on the top are OK for a regular power cord but are little bit close together when using adapters such as camera battery chargers and a charger for AA batteries. My friend and I were unable to use both top outlets at the same time because the adapter would cover the second outlet.But it was not a big deal.I took my blow dryer and BaBylissPRO straightener on my trip,they worked both perfectly fine, and as powerful as in US. I did not hear any noise when the converter was working,that suprised me for such high watts device was voltage converting (hair dryer is 1875W, straightener about 500W). Overall this is a great product with lots of charging ports and options for the traveler. Its compact size makes it easy to pack, and the extra adapters for different countries are appreciated. It charged 6 devices (cell phones, tablets, and a battery charger) simultaneously.Most important is it can convert voltage (220v/240v-120v/110v)high power appliances without any noise.

This small compact voltage converter works great!! I was doubted about the brand never heard from, but after received it, it looks great and far from cheap. Its high quality. Used it in a short trip to France, absolutely no issues what-so-ever. The included adaptors provide some choices for overseas adaptability. With 2 US standard plug outlets and 4 USB ports (total 6A Max ,2.4A per port max). It's so simple, anyone can do it. Charges everything (usually at the same time) very rapidly.The device is a voltage transformer to be used so that appliances that are of the 120V compatibility will work in countries that use the 240v standard. As I brought my REVLON hair dryer (120v 1875W) on my trip, it works no problem with the converter, and it's quiet enough that it never bothered us. Thanks for this converter is 2000 wattage availability of this device gives it an extra punch compared to other items on the market which are about a quarter of the wattage power. I would Highly Recommend getting one of these if you are planning to travel outside the USA...

Fantastic adapter and converter combo! We bought this for a trip to Iceland where it's 220V /50hz. It was awesome! We used it constantly for 2 weeks and it worked perfectly.It will step the 220V down to 115V and as long as you aren't plugging in a device that relies on 60hz for timing it will run perfectly.Usually, we had the following plugged in at the same time: 1 laptop, 2 cell phones, 1 kindle,mini-diffuser, 2 external cell phone batteries. Everything plugged in easily and charged well. We also have used it with my hairdryer because the rated power is 2000W.The charger has not a built-in fan, so you did not hear any noise when it operating. I would definitely highly recommend it to anyone who travels outside the country!!!

I used this in Israel for two weeks, in three different locations, one of which was in a very old building, with wiring that was probably at least 20 years old. One building was new and extremely up-to-date. I plugged my phone and laptop, in, in addition to a few other appliances, into it. I did have to purchase the wall adapter separately, but that is to be expected, because otherwise the converter would have to come with a whole lot of adapters, and you'd have to choose the one you needed, and figure out what to do with the others-- something which would make the converter more expensive. I brought a power strip in case I needed it, but with two grounded outlets and two USB ports on the converter, I never needed the power strip. The converter worked perfectly, because all my electronics worked perfectly. Nothing was slow to charge, and I did not experience any "hiccups," or anything-- everything worked just as though they were plugged into my outlet at home.The converter is as small and light as it could possibly, and traveled very well.One thing-- I wasn't sure what the components were, so I did not put it in my checked bag. I carried it in my carry-on. This is because a lot of chemical batteries are forbidden in checked luggage, but permitted in carry-ons. However, it is small and light enough that it was not a problem in my carry-on. Besides, on the way over, I probably would have put it in my carry-on anyway, since it was one thing I didn't want to lose.

I bought this unit for my upcoming trip to Europe ,because I will take some large power-consuming appliances with, like hairdryer and CPAP unit. The unit looks solid and is nicely packaged, quality seems very good. It comes with three replaced plugs which seems to fit the wall sockets in most of the countries around the world. The 4 USB ports on this put it above other products for usefulness. I was charging my iphone and Android device at the same time, it works and no overheating issue. So far I have not yet had a chance to use it for power conversion, that's the reason I give it four stars right now. I will update my review after coming back from my trip.

This is a good quality product. The converter has two plug sockets and 4 usb sockets. Which is more than enough for my need. This is not just adopter but also steps down the voltage to 110 volt, supported appliances's output max to 2000w ,it has been a real bonus. So now I don't need to check my devices for input voltage supported.There are three connectors provided to use in different part of world. Even though it has no connector provided for India the default plug works in India too. Build quality is good and even with external connector the connections are sturdy. You will have to use one of the external connector to use it in USA.There is a storage bag provided to keep all these thing together. Bag is good quality and utility.
