I have NEVER written a review before but after trying this for the first time I just had to! My hair has recently become worse than ever to manage and for some reason the hair on the back of my head (which is the curliest section) would hardly straighten. After blasting it with a blow dry and using an iron on it for so long, it eventually just broke off. I had to put some extensions in for it to look somewhat decent ( this is the straighter part underneath the curly in the before picture). I didn't want to make it any worse than it already was but I needed to straighten it somehow without too much damage. After reading tons of reviews and watching tons of user videos about steam brush straighteners I decided this one looked the best. I just got it in today and decided I would just let my hair dry natural and try it out on the worst possible scenario. My hair is thin, frizzy, stringy, curly and just completely unmanageable so I was very skeptical at first. To my amazment it straightened this mess and on a very low setting off only 300 degrees F! My hair barely felt warm but was being straightened. Couldn't recommend this product enough! Wish I bought it sooner!

I spent days researching steam straighteners and saw flaws in one after another. This one I stumbled on accidentally and decided finally that it seemed to have the least amount of bad reviews. It was a gamble but it turned out in my favor. I have had it for a few weeks. I swim every few days so my hair is very dry already and i'm constantly conditioning it. This straightens very well and it actually lasts even with 90% humidity here. Usually within a few hours hair looks a little ragged but the steam kind of stops that for some reason. It came in a really sturdy box that I just keep it in for storage. The cord is really long which is nice. It heats up fast. I think the brush prongs on it also separates the hair evenly. The only thing I feel is a pain about this design is the fact that the water tank has to be filled by a little dropper. So you fill the dropper and use the dropper to fill the tank. My hair is shoulder length and medium thickness and I used it about 8 times on one tank fill so it doesn't require much maintenance. I will buy this again when it goes bad if it is available - or at least one that is a brush like this.

OMG! This is a great steam comb! I haven't straightened my curly afro hair in a few years. The last time was with a hot comb (old school) and a flat iron. Usually it would take an hour and a half to straighten my hair, but I was done in about 40 minutes! As I get use to it, it might take 30 minutes. My hair felt AMAZING! I was taken aback. I only applied a leave in conditioner and argan oil and it was silky, slinky soft, smooth, and shiny. My hair hardly ever felt this good after straightening it. No knots in my hair. At work, a co-worker noticed I straightened my hair and how silky soft it was. I told what I bought and she said she would buy one later that day for her hair too. She was going to start using the steam comb too. I have dry, fine hair, the steam helped it alot. I hope this comb lasts a while, but I would buy this again and recommend it to everyone with dry, curly afro hair. This is a great creation for curly hair. It was easy to fill with water and use. Temperature controlled which helped me not to burn my hair or skin.

I received this product timely and received a follow-up email inquiring if I had received it and if I had any questions. This is my first hair straightener, but I no difficulty using it. It came nicely packaged with a long, heavy-duty cord. I have wavy hair that frizzes in high humidity. It was raining the first time I used it. My hair straightened easily and actually stayed straight the entire day even after going out in the rain several times with a head cover. I am very pleased with this product and would highly recommend it.

I love love love this. I have very frizzy hair in the hot weather. I have used other hot brushes that don’t work. This was the first time I saw a double brush. I took a chance. I have been using it for several months now. I am so happy. It does the job even in humid weather. I’m really happy and I highly recommend this to anymore who has problem hair like I do. I love it!

This is my 2nd hair straightener. I threw away my old straightener after I got this hair brush straightener because this one had brush combined. It just makes things easier. Besides, this straightener comes with steam feature. There's a 30ml water filling bottle in the package. Easy to fill. No need to worry about filling water each time because water tank last very long, well, at least in my case. I only use the lowest temperature, which was 300 F. It only took 30sec to heat up, and I finished hair straightening in like 5 minutes. I used this hair straightener after I dried my hair. I did not have to use it again on the second day, and it was still straight. Recommended.

Not a good steamer. I should have checked the size of water tank... coming from a licensed cosmetologist, it matters! The bigger the better! I feel like the hot iron plates are more damaging to your hair in this product then the benefits of the steam!

I was so skeptical but OMG I love it. Delivered today and just finished using it on me and my daughters very long medium course hair and was stunned to see this product does what it says! The water does run out quick but very easy to refill. The instructions that came with the product spunds like they were maybe translated from a different language but in no time you could pretty much figure out what to do. Works as stated.
