working well just had a challenge with receiving the extra hardware to finish the project .

I bought the 6ft section, I gave it a 4 for install because there are a lot of different adjustments, which is really a good thing.It’s super quiet and heavy duty. The price was perfect. If your able to get some wood blocking behind the Sheetrock first for stronger attachment points. Highly recommend this product.

Style and profile are really nice looking.The rolling mechanism seems sturdy and smooth.All hardware included plus an appropriate assortment of Allen wrenches.Caution:The 4 attachment points on the bar are not the specified distance apart as in the instructions. Poor quality control. Please measure closely the rail you receive. If you are off only a millimeter or two mounting the disks, there is little forgiveness.My rail did not match the instructions for disk location.Also, the attachment points on the rail all need to be in the same plane. In my first shipment, the attachment disks welded on the bar were rotated slightly out of the alignment plane of the others. So, when I went to mount it, 2 of the flanges/disks would not sit flat on the wall while the other two were fine. You can lay the bar on an even floor and clearly note the out of alignment disks.Returned and reordered. The second unit had only one flange out of alignment and I could let the bar torque a little bit when mounting to the wall.The soft close mechanism works well catching the door as it approaches the travel end of the bar. However, as other reviews have mentioned, to slide the door out of the soft close catch device takes a bit of effort. More than expected.Time is now the measure of the product to see how the finish holds up in a damp bathroom, how robust the soft close mechanisms are, how users adapt to the tension on the soft close mechanism and how smooth the rollers perform.

Installing this hardware was a challenge. You have to be ultra precise with your measurements, particularly with the four independent "discs" that you attach to the wall because the MUST be in perfect alignment with the corresponding discs on the bar that attaches to the door. The soft-close feature is unique, but there is a noticeable "click" sound when the rollers activate (roll over) the switches on the underside of the bar that control the braking mechanism that takes over the speed of the roll the last few inches going in either direction (opening or closing the door).

Love this kit. The soft close is so smooth and really necessary if you have little ones that like to slam! Nicely milled pieces and hardware. Only issue is the mounts are 630cm (24.8”) apart, so stud mounting is almost impossible on 16” centers. A header may be necessary for a lot of applications. Nice hardware!

This product appeared just as advertised and looks and functions well. However, it does require a lot of precision when mounting and the instructions are a series of pictures (ala IKEA). As I was installing it, I found that one of the small screws that attaches the bar to the mounting plates was defective (it's head was not drilled out, thus unusable) - unfortunately it's a rather specialized piece of hardware. Shouldn't have been a big deal to get a screw replaced, but Amazon could not help me and there was no way to contact the seller! The only solution was to take the whole thing down and return it for a replacement...no thanks! I like the way it looks and is functioning, so hopefully the missing screw won't negatively impact it.
