Ok this gum starts out with a crisp minty taste, as others have mentioned. And it could work as a suppresant because you feel like you want to gag after chewing it for a couple of minutes. But then you need food to get that taste out of your mouth. so funny.I just use the gum as a conversation starter now :)

THE GUM HAD A VITAMIN TASTE WHEN I CHEWED IT. I COULDN'T STAND TO CHEW IT LONG ENOUGH TO SEE IF IT SUPPRESSED MY APPETITE OR NOT.
