I haven’t been using this very long but i really like it so far! I love the layout of the pages and they make it so simple to both be satisfied at what i’ve accomplished so far and feel accountable to lee it going in the future. The color and print on the front is also really pretty and i’ve gotten compliments on it already. One thing i do have to say is that you have to be mindful about what pen you use because the pages are quite thin so it can bleed through easily, but that’s not even really a concern for me. Thanks for the awesome planner guys!

I journaled my progress with this book
I have a couple thoughts for you.First, the picture you have at the beginning - I photocopied it and taped it at the beginning and another at the end of the book with lines to each part of the body showing my measurements. At the end of my program, I will show the new measurements. See attached photoSecond, some parts I'm not finding useful but I'm turning it in to my own - on one area - I put daily quotes of empowerment/positive reinforcementI like the filling in the how much water you drink part, I like the GoalsOn This week's Plan page where it shows: SMTWTFS - the next page starts the menu on Monday instead of Sunday like on the Week's Plan page - they should coincide. so you are jumping over to the right -- to the end of the menu at the beginning of the week (Sunday and then going to Monday) - it's not a big deal for me - but some might find this frustrating and or confusing. I would keep the menu schedule the same as the week's plan page by starting the menu with SundayI'm giving it 4 stars because I did use the book; I would have preferred spiral bound for the ease of laying the book open.

Clean, clear, beautiful
I just got my journal today and I am so excited! It’s so pretty and clear and clean! So many different areas for me to keep track of with my fitness journey. I just have one question, the monthly planner part confuses me a little with the numbered grid! Can anyone give an example of how they filled theirs out ?

Overall great quality
First off I LOVE this book.My reason for only 3 stars:1 I wish the workouts were laid out in a more “weekly” fashion like the diet because I do different workouts everyday.2 there was some sort of weird glue on my book that made the second half of the books pages stick together at the top, as well as a big glob of glue on the back cover that I wasn’t able to completely get off. I think the packaging might have had something to do with it but I’m not sure.Overall great quality

Love the feel, can't love the thickness of it.
The book is a great print. I like it. However, I feel intimidated by the volume of pages. I feel as thought I'll be judged by this book if I don't fill the entire thing. Lol... its silly, but I think the thickness may hold back some from using it daily. I may be one of those people.

Very nice!
Very nice fitness journal! Price was good, shipping was fast and the size is good as well! Has a lot of places to keep track of different things and I’d laid out well. I recommend this book!
