Miracle for the deck, furniture and cushions - one stop cleaner and all done in half an hour
This stuff is amazing. Last season I hand washed the deck, furniture and all of the cushions. I spent days on it after the pollen drop here in the south east (iykyk). I bought a small steam cleaner and lovingly hand cleaned each cushion to eeek out one more season of wear. This year I was busy and found this product sitting in my garage. I was in a hurry and in a pinch and decided to give it a go. I attached it to the hose and sprayed it all down in about ten minutes - the screened in porch walls, ceiling, wood decking, furniture and cushions. Waited 10 minutes and hosed it all off. Porch is probably 10x20, and the furniture was a loveseat and two deep set chairs. This cleaned better in half an hour than the days of cleaning I did the year before. This is my new go-to. It gave me yet another year of wear out of those cushions too (which were covered in some mildew from the rainy season). Oh and I also did the four accent pillows. The smell is bleach but surprisingly, it did not ruin or stain my clothes. So easy. 10/10.

Amazing stuff!!!
Ok I am one of the biggest skeptics of cleaners and outside products… but this is an amazing cleaner. I used it on my concrete patio. I had old outside rugs down for about 2 summers and when I took them up to throw away it was terribly stained underneath and had lines where the rug had laid, stains from planters, statues and just dirty altogether. Scrubbing with a wire broom and water was not any good!! Then…. This stuff took it all off! I only wish I’d taken a before and after pic to post! So even if you’re a novice at outside projects (I’d never even used a bottle attached to the hose) it was simple!!!! I did still scrub it with the broom which took some effort but this solution did most of the work. GET THIS STUFF!! No joke!!!

It worked/very little coverage
I used this on a shed that was neglected for a few years. It was bare wood with dirt and some mold. This product worked as described. The only negative was it didn't last for the job. I ran out of solution 3/4 way through cleaning shed.Blessings,RichardP:S Have you watched the series The Chosen. It is my favorite series of all time. Check it out on the Chosen App. It is a perfect series for these troubling times.

Ok
Good price. Easy to use on plastic yard furniture, but harder to use on the deck.It says not to use on wood more than two years old. I did anyway. Just FYI- it will bleach and be harder to get moss off. Had to scrub a lot.

Worked very well
Worked like a charm but needs 2 applications. The manufacturer's instruction said to leave on the treated surface for 10 minutes before washing off). The first one (left for 20 minutes) removed 80 % of very bad mold and algea that had been incrusted into the masonry of my japanese lantern for 10 years! The 2nd application (left there for 3 hours) removed 99% : see photos. The only thing you would have to be careful about is to protect yourself (eye, skin, clothes, breathing) and the surrounding vegetation as this is a bleach-based product.I am going to apply an elastomeric paint: 2 coats are a must. My mistake 10 years ago was to apply acrylic paint without a sealant. That's why mold had been able to grow on the moisture that seeped into the masonry. This time, it will be 2 thick coats of elastomeric paint and no need for a sealant, because I consulted with a paint expert from Behr, and he confirmed their elastomeric paint is mold and mildew resistant.

Bogus product
Where do I begin? My deck had mold and mildew all over it from the winter, and I found this product thinking, “Wow, this looks like it should work to clean my deck, and got decent reviews!” Let me save you the headache of buying this and trying it and only to be disappointed. Not only did I buy this once, but I bought it a second time. The first time was from Amazon, and I applied it to my deck and waited the recommended time by the manufacture. After rinsing it I realize the product did nothing. I reread the directions that said that more applications may be necessary. I thought maybe my deck was just very soiled, so I used my pressure washer to get a lot of the buildup of it off. I proceeded to go to my local Menards and buy another bottle of this product, and I just got done rinsing it off of my deck. Guess what… It didn’t do jack bananas the second time. There were all these little moldy patches on my deck, and I thought that this would for sure take it off this time. But nothing. So I waste time, money, and water. Save yourself the headache and find a different product or just use a good-old-fashion pressure washer, because this is snake oil.

Made quick work of siding cleanup
This stuff was exactly what I needed to rid the siding in my well-shaded backyard of the thick layer of green slime that developed throughout a particularly humid NC summer. The hose attachment made easy, ladder-free work of cleaning even my 25' siding-enclosed chimney.I will say, I have a "power-wash" sprayer attachment for my hose. Without it, I'm not sure how easily the slime would've disappeared after the solution finished soaking into it. But if you really have some good water pressure from your hose, it's kind of a snap.Last thing: wear glasses or goggles! You do NOT want this stuff splashing into your eye.
