After reading and rereading passages as well as listening to recorded teachings by Joel on joelgoldsmithstreaming.com, I’m noticing significant, positive changes in my life.As Joel suggested “abide in the word and let the word abide in you” you will experience shifts in consciousness and openings to the kingdom of heaven.This is not a book that you read once and put on the shelf. You will need to take time throughout the day to read a page or two and rest in stillness.Joel made it clear that keeping your mind on the problem will feed it and keeping the problem out of your mind leads to the dissolution of it.Joel also stated that it’s not enough to know attributes about God, but to know aright that all that the Father has is thine. I am, the name for God is God appearing as you. And everyone you meet is God expressing as God. The Art of Spiritual Healing explains how to look beyond appearances and realize the Christ as the only being.

Joel Goldsmith's book, "The Art of Spiritual Healing" is well-written and so helpful that I immediately sent copies of it tothree people I know, who either needed a physical healing, hada relative who needed healing and the last one is a pastoralcounselor with a PhD in Christian Psychology and a Masters inPastoral Counseling. I just lent it to a fellow member of my church. I am a Christian Scientist and in our religion we learnto heal as Jeus, the Christ, did. Joel was a very successfulChristian Science practioner before startiing his own movement,"The Infinite Way". I was considering becoming an inter-faithminister several months ago, after attending many different churches, but I kept coming back to the Christian Science churchand then one Wednesday I attended a Quaker Meeting ( non-programmed) where you sit and listen to God the first half hour.I got my answer. I don't have to be a minister: baptize babies,marry people etc. in order to serve God and my fellow man. Idecided to re-join the Christian Science church and perhaps Iwill one day be a C.S. practioner. I've always wanted to helppeople and in recent years to heal people. This book is aninvaluable aid to healing oneself and others. I can't recommendit highly enough.The Art of Spiritual Healing

Life changing

A blessing to be reminded of universal truths. An integral book for me at this stage of my evolution and grateful it has come into my life.This book speaks of ways to be closer to your internal truth. Very simple to read and pleasurable.

This was my first Joel Goldsmith work. I came to it following a series of personal spiritual healing experiences (both given to others and received by another healer) and I have been absolutely blown away by Joel's work, and wonder why I'd never come across his material before, having been a spiritual "seeker" (gosh, I hate that word!) for close to 30 years. Well, I've found him now, and since having read this book, have purchased 4 more, and am on the 3rd (Practicing the Presence).This and other works discussing Divine Grace as the cornerstone of healing your life (and that includes healing EVERYTHING - physical, emotional, mental, spiritual) have come into my experience recently. Between Joel's work and Lola Jones ([...] and her book- which you can purchase here on Amazon - "Things are Going Great in my Absence") have personally opened me up to entire experience I didn't know existed. Get out of the way and allow the Divine to do the heavy lifting - that's essentially the premise.I'd always shrunk from the statement "Let Go and Let God", finding it a shirking of ones' personal responsibility and giving my power away to something outside myself, but both of these authors and their work have reframed the "God is within you" (which is certainly not a new concept to me) postulate for me so that I actually GOT IT, understood its power and was able to step aside and allow God (as Divine power and my "Larger Self", as Lola frames it) to work through and AS me. Powerful stuff. And it works.

This is a CLASSIC book by 1 of my favorite authors!The book came in good condition but was not the "original' version I was looking for.So, i now have in hard-back which was "gifted' to me.It is the content you buy the book for as I agree with most of the philosophy and it provides excellent framework for those beginning or even advanced in healing modalities --provides a very different but now timely perspective.He was ahead of his times and if you want to have a foundation for ANY healing practice--this book will offer one--whether you agree w/his foundation or not--it will provoke you into deeper thought processes and how to evaluate your healing methods/practices.BUY It!(Rev.
