Would definitely buy another one 💯
This piece of art deserves 10 stars out of 5! 😍It is absolutely beautiful. I can't stop enjoying its design, color and shape. I even wish I needed the second one -- that's how much I love this bowl. It's worth noting that what most of people I know own is mere toys when compared to this one. Those thin-walled black bowls you can see in Home Depot is simply several classes lower items that won't last long. This item is nicely heavy and made with so much love and care to details. It would be easy to assemble even for a kid. Notice that everything that comes in your box is going to be rusty and dusty 😁 even the assembly instructions. The screws and nuts are also rusty but if they were not, they obviously wouldn't look nice on this bowl.If you don't mind lifting weights, it won't be heavy for you. A fit girl can move it around for sure.As someone who makes furniture, I wish the walls of the bowl were a little thicker. But this fact doesn't make me doubt that I'll be able to enjoy my evening in front of the bonfire for several years 🤗❤️

Awesome so far!
I purchased the 34" version and this thing is huge, I was hoping it would be big and it really is.I assembled it in about 20 minutes without help - the pieces stay nice and tight with the provided hardware. I used a nut-driver for assembly so I didn't need to hold the screws using the provided allen wrench to get them nice and tight. I may replace the included hardware with stainless at some point in the future, but for now it looks corrosion resistant enough.I put a little "Crisbee Cream" (also sold on Amazon)on the inner and outer surfaces - there is some casting residue on the surfaces of the bowl but with proper seasoning over time I think this will become part of the seasoning layer and remain clean to the touch like a cast iron frying pan. Then I put a couple of fire bricks (not concrete, cause that'll explode) and some rebar at the bottom as a make-shift log holder and threw a fire log in there. The heat didn't cause any warping of the bowl and all four feet were nice and stable on my paver patio without any noticeable "wobble".The metal is think, but it looks more like carbon steel than cast iron but you have to treat them the same to keep them from rusting out anyway so it's all the same to me. It does have some scaling and cracks which give it some character but do not seem to affect function.I love this thing so far but I could see some improvements to it in the future:1. A grill holder (basically a pipe or two welded or screwed to the side of the bowl) for a cooking grill would be a nice addition, but I'll figure something out.2. It does not come with a spark screen, which would be nice (this thing is so big it's hard to find a screen to fit it for less than $100.00 as a separate purchase - but I'm searching.3. This is just a beautiful dream, but a stainless steel version would be a magical beast, no seasoning no babying, leave it in the rain, leave the ashes in there - stainless steel don't care.

Nice heavy cast iron bowl, not thin sheet metal. Sturdy legs.
Would have given it 5 stars but the bowl is only 7.25” deep, not 9” deep as the manufacturer states. It does have four legs (product description indicates three legs). I wiped mine down with a tack cloth and gave the outside two coats of Krylon high temp black spray paint, coated the inside of the bowl with olive oil to help retard rust for a while. Looks good, I have not yet had a fire in it but I don’t expect any problems. Mine did have a drain hole in the center of it. You will need a small adjustable wrench or a 10mm wrench/socket for the nuts in order to assemble, it does come with a hex wrench for the supplied screws. Mine had two extra screws, washers and nuts in the package. Made in China.Update two+ years later: bowl and legs/handles still look great, rust on inside of bowl but I have NOT been oiling the bowl. Made quite a few fires in it, still looks great. It’s a good heavy bowl, I measured the thickness at 13/64” with calipers so it’s much heavier than the thin sheet metal bowls many sellers have. Rust is to be expected since it’s steel and I did not paint the inside of the bowl, I also leave it uncovered and outside in all kinds of weather. I do not recommend painting the inside of the bowl as doing so will cause any paint to burn off and that could expose you to harmful fumes, DO NOT PAINT THE INSIDE OF THE BOWL! If you want to retard rust, periodically coat the inside of the bowl with a light coat of cooking oil, or get a cover for it. I think it will provide many years of use. I highly recommend it!

Sturdy and large
The fire bowl is a great size for a larger fire. It seems quite sturdy and much thicker material than any other fire pit I’ve owned or seen. I painted the outside with high temperature paint and seasoned the inside bowl. Assembly was fairly easy. The screws are soft and it’s a good thing there were a couple extras because two stripped out. I would recommend hand tightening or buying better hardware. I love this fire pit.

Awesome fire bowl
Love the heavy cast iron material and simple assembly. This is the second one I bought. Love the first one so much I got another one. An excellent and fast, portable alternative to a laborious, permanent stone or brick fire pit.

Lega broke less than three years
I purchased this firepit in September 2021. It is now July 2024 and the legs broke (rusted through) from the firepit bowl. I expected the firepit to last longer than almost 3 years.

Love it!
This has been perfect for my family of 5! We bought the 30" size. It's big enough to gather a group around & have a nice big fire, but also still nice for just 2 or 3 people & a smaller fire. The price was great and it came right away. Assembly went well but 2 notes - 1) have gloves & clothes you don't mind getting dirty because you WILL get rust on you and 2) it would've been difficult to assemble with just one person so have 1 or 2 helpers if possible. My husband, daughter & I put this together in about 10 minutes and were ready for a fire right away! 30" screen cover that arrives in 4 pieces available here on Amazon works well with it when you need to step away or it's windy.

Was exactly what I expected, looks great, easy to put together, it was however missing a handle so I contacted Amazon and the vendor and received a replacement in about 2 weeks
