Excellent solution for consistent mic placement
I use one for every cabinet, which makes setting up easy. Once you find the “sweet spot for your speaker, you can mount the bracket and get exact microphone placement every time. Well worth the price!

Excellent product!
My guitar amp never sounded better in the P.A.!I spent two hours finding the "sweet spot" on my VOX AC-15. Played my first show and for the first time, my in-ear monitors sound exactly like my amp, and my guitar cut through the mix better than ever!Highly Recommend!!!!!

Solved any issue I had with mic'ing up an amp using an e609/e906
Hanging a mic in front of the amp was always a questionable ordeal. The cable always hung at a slight angle and I had to manipulate the cable to get it flush. Getting it in the same place was also tricky, so the recordings wouldn't sound as uniform as I'd prefer. We all know how a micro adjustment on speaker placement can make a vast difference.The AmpClamp fixed all that. Installation was easy peasy and if I need to move the mic, I can get it right back where it was before.If you're hesitating because of the price tag and thinking "that's too much to pay for convenience", stop. I normally think that way, but after getting frustrated with the mic placement issues and varying recording sounds, this solved all of my issues.

Great little clamp
Two years after purchasing: Light weight, works on almost every amp I've tried it on. Always stays in place. I will buy more.

If you don't want to screw holes into your amp don't get this either
The whole 'let gravity do the work' notion is terrible. The stability of it hanging off your cab is comparable to the 'gadgets that move' they claim to be better than. Any movement at all laterly will cause it and your mic to hit the ground. It is simply not secure enough WITHOUT screwing the plate in, which goes against why I ordered this in the first place.
