The delivery men didn’t take it upstairs to the bedroom as stated, which left me at 51 years old to struggle for hours to get it up my spiral staircase alone, I ended up injuring my Back and hip. But the mattress itself it brilliant, slightly softer than expected but still very comfy

Due to description I imagined it would be more arduous and more stable. The edges are very flimsy so my hubby has fallen out of bed a few times. We are already looking for a new mattress

I bought this king size mattress due to my girlfriend having the double, it seems a little firmer than hers! Having had this for around 3 months now it has loosened up slightly. This is an extremely firm mattress, almost perfect for us! Worth noting due to the depth/ thickness of the mattress fitted sheets come off very easily.

We purchased this mattress in November 2021, once a month we turn it head to toe once a month then turn it over the following and repeat head to toe the following etc as it continues.Now after 7months we have both fallen out of bed we both wake up crippled with back pain every day.It has not gone saggy or dippy but that’s probably because we’re turning it non stop and yet it’s dreadful.I would not buy this mattress again and not sure id recommend it to anyone either, unless of cause you are not a back sufferer it may suit you but not us.

Searched for ages before deciding to take a risk with this mattress. I was worried it wouldn’t be high quality given the price however it’s been such a great buy! Only had the mattress a few nights but it’s like sleeping on a cloud. The mattress is very thick so you’ll need deep fitted sheets, it’s honestly as good as the mattresses you get in expensive hotels. I don’t want to get out of bed now 😖🤣. Can’t believe it at the price!

Initially it felt quite firm but a few months in we were rolling in to the middle and I realised it was just not firm enough for us. It is also incredibly heavy so making the bed and rotating the mattress was a right old palaver. I have sold this mattress on to someone who doesn't mind that it's not very firm.

Bought this for my sons bed as I had previously bought one for myself the year before and I was so delighted with the quality and comfort that we decided we had to have one for him. Bonus was his was on offer

Cheap product, best spend more and get a decent matress
