This product is a pretty good spot treatment because it has effective active ingredients, specifically benzoyl peroxide and tea tree oil. The texture is smooth, like a lotion rather than a paste, and it's very thin. You only need to use a tiny amount and spread it on the affected area. Given how big the container is, it'll probably last me forever. I only got to use it on a few pimples, and the product did seem to help them resolve faster.One thing that makes this product better than others is that it only has 5% benzoyl peroxide. I know you're thinking "wait, but the grocery store brands have 10%!" Trust me, this is better. Studies show that this active ingredient has the same efficacy at 2.5% and 10%, except the higher concentration is more likely to cause irritation. Serious Skin Care got it right!

This stuff is amazing. Helps get rid of problematic pimples. Deep ones or surface ones. Anywhere on your body and doesn’t feel like it’s drying you out. Great for spot treatments and you only need a little bit so the tube lasts long.

Has always worked for me! Keeps acne in check. Yes it is more watery than it used to be. Don't know why but that is a bit annoying.

I have ance prone skin and this is my go to ance product. I also use the serious skin care continuously clear cleanser. If you have a pimple put this on and 2 days top it's gone. My only con is the texture. It use to be creamy now it's more of a watery texture.

Good product for those with acne. As an adult who has struggled with acne for over 40 years, this is a good product. I have used everything from dermatologist products, other products over the counter, Pro Active, etc. This one is a keeper. It can dry out skin so use sparingly. I went back and bought the entire kit. I really like the facial wash and really, really like the dri-low spot product

Some previous reviews did not like the gel, I prefer it, it dries quick and it's nice and light. Most important is it clears up any new blemishes in a day or two, love it!

I have been using Serious Skin Care Glycolic Cleanser and Clearz It for 20 years. I am in my 50's and would have acne if I didn't use this product. It is NOT harsh at all. I use it once a day and apply a moisturizer once it dries. I have very nice skin...thanks to Serious Skin Care!
