Each Background has been manufactured using molds taken from nature to get the best natural look and texture available. The finishing detail gets put on by hand after the backgrounds have gone through one of three quality control inspections. These backgrounds are the home brand for the company that makes the Juwel Backgrounds and are our stock is purposely made for us right her in the UK. They have been hand chosen and inspected before getting the approval by quality control that they perfect for us. The backgrounds have been designed and made for ease of installation and designs have flat backs to prevent any hurt livestock and to give a more secure fixing. They can be cut easily into shape if required with a sharp knife. Multiple backgrounds can be added together for larger tanks and this gives a stunning effect of one larger complete background. Channels can also be cut to conceal/hide any equipment cables and pipework neatly out of sight. We do not advise using this design in a marine aquarium as the salt can effect the quality in a short matter of time.
