You get 4 trackers and the master remote control that can call any of the trackers... and they include the batteries in all of them.... and you can replace the batteries when needed... and it works exactly as advertised... the beep is not all that loud but I can hear the tracker in my wallet when it is in the near room... the hardware is well made....the trackers are a little bulky ... you absolutely need to NEVER lose the master remote control... but all things considered this is an excellent product.

The sound emitted by the receivers is so inaudible that it is impossible to hear unless the tile/item is out in the open — in which case you likely don't need to search for it anyway. Worse yet, these tiles just stopped working after less than three months. One of my worst Amazon buys ever.

Very nice product, looks nice and works good but the beeping is just not loud enough. If something is lost under a pillow or blanket, you can hardly hear the beeping.

As long as the item is within 100 ft. or so, you should be able to find it with this. It would be better if the receiver beep was louder. Best to turn off all other noise first to improve your chance of finding the item. Would buy again.

Well--it doesn't work at all is significant!!!

I purchased this for an elderly man I help so he can find items he’s always losing. After just one week one tile isn’t beeping any longer. When I click it off then on again I get one beep so I know the battery isn’t dead, but it’s not synced anymore and there’s no way I can see to re sync it or fix it

I bought this for my husband who cannot remember where he put his keys/wallet/sunglasses/briefcase every single morning when he is ready to leave for work. He used to spend 10 minutes trying to find these items only to get upset and be late for work or leave without them. Needless to say, when your day starts out rough, the rest of the day tends to go the same way. He uses this almost daily now and hasn’t been late leaving anymore. It’s so simple to set up and use, I think it would be wonderful for older people with memory problems. The alert beeping is loud enough to find easily without being annoying. I would repurchase this again in a heartbeat, especially at this price point, however I don’t think I will need to since the batteries can easily be changed out with a watch battery.

Bought this to find 1) keys, 2) wallet 3) diabetes test kit for my 80 year old mother who honestly could lose her nose if she had the opportunity.This product so far has been a Godsend! Works great, sets up in 2 minutes and is ready to use immediately.Went from stressing out every, and I mean EVERY time I went to her apartment and spending a half hour to find her keys, wallet etc to now just smiling and grabbing the remote and finding lost items in literally seconds. Beep is loud enough. She left her keys in a pair of pants that were on the bottom of her laundry basket buried. Grabbed the remote and pressed the coordinating number that matched the keyring fob. Went room to room and voila! Heard the beep and found the keys in 2 minutes.Working as well as the more expensive ones! You will have to press the button the the remote a number of times if its taking you a while to find something, as in going room to room.UPDATE 2/16/19---UH OH!!! Man was I wrong. Yes, it worked for about 90 days. Now? 2 of the 3 locators are dead. Battery replacement does not help. This is a garbage product. Apologies for all that may have purchased with my original review in mind. Dropping to 1 star, but adding one back because it eliminated stress for us for 3 months and only cost me on average $7 a month since I bought it. Now the process begins again to find a more durable unit. Perhaps spending more for a name brand will prove more prudent.
