Very stiff
This was the first nylon Apple Watch band I purchased. When I first received it, it felt very stiff and was not what I was expecting. The reason it is so stiff is because it's two layers of nylon stitched together. It's difficulty to feed it through the buckle and into the loops. There is good stitching throughout, however there are some sharp parts of the threading in various places that I noticed poking my wrist as I wore it. It seems like a nylon type of thread, also. I used a lighter to melt them and smooth them out. It wasn't until about the third day that I noticed it wasn't so irritating to wear. I wouldn't quite call it comfortable, though. I purchased a few NATO style bands from other companies and when I received those, there was an immediate improvement. Most NATO bands are not stiff like this one and are extremely comfortable to wear. A word of warning though: I do not use the monitoring features of my Apple Watch, so a NATO strap covering the heart rate monitor on the bottom is no big deal to me. If you use those features, you'll want something specifically made for the Apple Watch, but I would still look elsewhere if you're interested in a nylon strap.

Stiff at first, but breaks in nicely
I looked at a lot of watch straps and despite the lack of reviews, ended up narrowing down to this one. I love the look, quality, and build of this strap. It integrates well with my Apple Watch, looks great, and is comfortable. Like the other couple of reviewers stated, it is a little stiff at first. I spent the first day bending and rolling it around to loosen it up. Now each day that I wear it, it gets softer and more comfortable. If you want it comfortable from day one, this is not the strap for you. But if you are willing to break it in, you’ll love this strap.

Looks great, generally well-built
I ordered this model to avoid a common issue nylon bands have: the edges of nylon is usually cut and then burned and they leave a plastic-like sharp scratchy end. This one uses thinner bands equal length strips and then nicely stitched, so not sharp edges/ends. Except for the 1 of the 2 free keepers: the free loop. It is simply bonded on top of itself and the end/edge is quite sharp and it cuts into my skin. -1 star ( I might use a Dremel and attempt to smooth this area, but I worry it might then fray later? )Photo: I have positioned the sharp edge on the exterior of the band for the photo and the only concern I have it that it might caught on something and separate since it is only bonded together with adhesive vs. stitching.Band: It is quite stiff, but I've had other nylon bands that take a long while to break in, so it doesn't bother me.Stitching: looks very well done, and no frays or loose threads of any kind. The Apple clip system color matches my black watch well.As long as it doesn't scratch me, unravel, or unglue its parts, I would consider buying another in the future, as I think its a nice purchase.

Too hard and stiff out of the box
This strap looks awesome, it's exactly the look I wanted but the material is too hard and stiff out of the box. The strap offers very little flexibility, it was a struggle just to get the strap through the bucket and keepers. After having the strap on for several minutes my skin was already irritated, in fact it was down right painful. After removing the strap from my Apple Watch I took a close look at the strap and found that the stitching looks amazing, nice and clean, not sloppy. The color is spot-on perhaps better looking than all of my other Bond style NATO straps. I'm gonna try to figure out how to soften this strap to make it more comfortable, perhaps a few cycles in the wash might work.

Poor QC and details make a nice looking strap fall short
This strap falls a bit short for my expectations. At first glance it is a great looking strap, nice looking material and the hardware looks great at first. Unfortunately, it falls short after that. The clasp is great but the hardware that attaches to the watch doesn't seem to be produced with much quality control... it wiggles all around once attached to your watch and make a lot of noise, definitely does not inspire confidence. The strap material is nice and has a nice finished edge on the sides but, for some odd reason, the rounded end of the strap appears to have been melted and ends up looking cheap where as the sides look great. The loose loop to hold the strap was not incorporated in between the layers of the strap which would have been great, instead it is poorly fastened to itself leaving a nice sharp edge of nylon and glue on the inside to scratch you as you wear it. Now for personal preference... I wish it was a touch wider, seemed a bit too thin for my taste, and also the strap is VERY LONG, great for people who wear the large strap from Apple but for anyone who wears the small/medium strap this is going to be super long.Ultimately this was too uncomfortable and not worth the risk of it failing so it went back after a few days.

Outstanding, and surprisingly great quality!
Honestly, I wasn't expecting much for the price here. Not much more than the cheap, knock-off silicone bands and I figured they just re-hashed some old regular watch bands and slapped them on to Apple Watch band adapters. I couldn't have been more wrong! They did use the adapters, but not the cheap ones used that don't fit snugly. These fit perfectly! And the color is much more vibrant than shown in the picture. Not 'firetruck red', but definitely something that pops. Their other colors look great too. I think I'm gonna grab more just to stand out from the swarms of silicone bands out there. Can't recommend enough!

Looks Great - But Too Stiff
This is Archer nylon watchband is VERY stiff, even after I “rolled” it in opposite directions before I wore it the first time. It’s difficult to thread through the “keepers” after I thread it through the buckle. I’ve worn it for approximately 16 hrs each day for a week. The flexibility has not improved. I had canvas bands that I REALLY liked from another company, but they discontinued the charcoal gray color I prefer. I thought this Archer band might be an acceptable substitute, albeit in Olive color.Barton, please bring back your gray canvas watchband!!! 🙏🙏

Excellent Quality
This is by far the best out of all the watch straps I have purchased for my Apple Watch. It is strong, tough, durable and easily cleanable. The strap is thick and not remotely flimsy. The stitching is perfect and hasn't frayed. It fits well on my wrist in terms of width. It doesn't look out of place on a woman's arm. It is comfortable to wear and I never notice it when it's on. If I overheat, sweat does build up under the strap, but it is easily wiped and cleaned. The colour is a nice rich black, not faded or greyish. It looks excellent on the gunmetal watch. The watch screens have black borders, so this helps the strap blend in and enhances its appearance. The strap looks great no matter what watch face I am using.Excellent purchase; well worth the money.

I THINK I MAY HAVE FOUND THE ONE!
I have a box overflowing the Apple Watch straps, all makes and designs, from the expensive to the 'bargain basement', always searching for, 'the one'. I had less trouble finding a pair of wives and almost less costly! The Archer Watch strap shouts quality from the moment it pops out of the box. With straps It's much about the wrist feel, and here the Archer hits the bull-eye, it feels just perfect. Look-wise, again winner. I may just have to purchase another colour!

Looks Sharp.
I was looking for an alternative to my original Nike plastic strap, expensive leather and rather clunky metal when I found this - originally worried about an unofficial £20 strap being a bit pricey, I am very impressed.Trawling the fake markets in Shanghai, I have seen many cheap Nylon straps that I wouldn't trust to look after the £300 tiny iPad on my wrist but this one is excellent. It is double layered, well stitched throughout, feels incredibly durable and showing no signs of having already been used for day-to-day wear, playing sports and in the pool.I'll be bookmarking the supplier as the two-tone black & grey is lovely, now looking for something in blue.Delivery was next day and service has been great, easily worth the £20 I paid.

Surprisingly great durability
I picked this up as another strap alongside a few official Apple ones. It looks great and the gloss black pin buckle looks and feels premium. I’m actually using this now as my everyday strap. I’m always nervous using straps I picked up from unknown brands, because of the strap fails, that’s a good £400 now on the floor on the tube. Not the case. Holds perfectly! Even though when sliding into the watch there isn’t a prominent snap lock in like there is with official straps, which put me off at first (also took me a while to work out if going in upside down or not as no clear markings). The biggest surprise for me, is how durable this strap is. Two months in and no wear and tear. No loose nylon coming away and that gloss black buckle has no chips, scratches or fading. I’ve used in the gym when using kettle bells, running and when forgetting to take my Nike+ rubber strap one day, swimming. Still looks great. My only criticism being that when it first arrived, it was very stiff. Stiffer than you’d expect a nylon strap to be. I don’t know how they can fix this, or if it’s a problem for others. But it took two months for it to wear down and be less rigid.
