Q: Does this order come with 6 brush heads as advertized or only 2?

no, only 2. if you call customer service they will ask you to mail back the package and send you another box with only one unit of 2 heads at least that's what happened to me 3 times. By reading other reviews you might have a 50% chance of actually receiving the 3pack you pay for. If you go to the Radius web sight they will find a local shop that carries the heads for you.

Q: Any indication wether soft or firm?

Not firm medium to soft. Been using these for over 15 years. Even showed one to my dentist. She liked it.

Q: How do you get the soft floss replacement heads?

We offer 4 types of replacement brush heads. Super Soft Flossing, Soft, Medium. These are for the Source Brushes. We also offer the Big Brush Soft replacement head.

Q: Do these clean as well as electric toothbrushes?

I've never used an electric toothbrush; however, the hygienists and dentist always ask me what toothbrush do you use? And I'm always told, "Good job on the cleaning; keep it up". So, to answer your question, I'd say, most likely.
