I am a titanium junkie and keep running into this "titanium steel". So did some Googling to find out no one has quite pinned this down. I needed a small chain for my 15 year old daughter and really didn't want to spend the $70.00 to a $100.00 for a solid Ti necklace by a reputable dealer. Figured I'd get two birds with one stone and ordered this Trusuper for her and get to the bottom of this "titanium steel" thing my self. Thanks to Prime received it in 2 days. Opened the package to find a handsome necklace. First thing I notice was the weight...too heavy for Ti. Next test, to the refrigerator for my trusty rare earth magnet. It didn't snatch the chain out of the air like I thought it would (thinking it might be titanium coated steel like the drill bits) but gently grabbed it like a type stainless steel. Next I looked it over with a magnifying glass and found no markings anywhere. Weight was 10 grams on my scale. So for around $8.00 I found out "TITANIUM STEEL" is basically in my opinion, some sort of stainless steel (though the seller stated "titanium" in the questions section). If my daughter looses it.....no biggie. Now I just have to wait to see if she gets a reaction from it. Hope this helps. Ward's World

I will start by saying this is not the necklace in the pictures! I have bought this necklace 2 times, 3 years ago and just recently. I originally got this necklace because every box chain necklace I got would break while out running. The clasp of the necklace I got 3 years ago give out just recently, after wearing it everyday for 3 years. I decided to go ahead and order the same one again as I had a positive experience with the first one. This time the necklace was visibly thinner (using less material), had less defined links, and a much less rugged clasp. The overall feel is cheep, I am very unhappy that they are calling this necklace the same thing as they did 3 years ago with the same pictures when the necklace is completely different and poor quality. I would recommend getting a different necklace.The picture shows the 2 necklaces side by side. The original one on the top has much more defined links while the new one looks like cheep little blobs. The height is also different between the 2, but this is harder to show in a picture. The original was the necklace that was in the pictures, this new one is some cheap knockoff, get a different necklace!

Bought this as a chain for a pendant whose original chain tarnished and broke. Was nervous that it'd be too thick but it turned out perfect. HIGHLY satisfied. (I got the 18".) It seems delicate enough to be feminine but simultaneously substantial enough to be masculine. Flawlessly ambiguous.

I purchased this chain wanting a heavier, more masculine chain and was not disappointed. The 24in length was perfect, the chain's pattern gives it a rugged look without looking gaudy. It has the shine and color of a sterling silver chain that I also wear and it compliments it well. I would highly recommend.....may even purchase others as gifts at this great price.

I bought the 20 inch chain to wear with a couple of pendants I have. I was thrilled when I got it. It s strong and so shiney. I have a 7mo old nephew who likes to grab it and jerk on it. I don't worry that he's going to break it. I wear my chain 24/7 and it is super comfy. Will definitely buy from here again.
