I bought this for my online shop packages to make seals. I purchased hot glue sticks, rather than messing with wax because I have heard wax is just awful. I put the stamp in the freezer for about 5 minutes, then used the hot glue on tin foil (technically wax paper works better). I pushed the stamp down, held for 30 seconds, then released. No issues, came out great. I would recommend using this on wax paper if you are wanting a perfect "sealed stamp" for things such as wedding invites. It will save you the hassle of potentially messed up envelopes.
