Out Performs its plastic competitions in size and comfort.
The metal muzzle is the perfect size for my CANE CORSO. We've tried others that couldn't compare due to the size of a cane corso jaw and head, since they have the 2nd strongest bite of all dogs vs a Kangal dog. It fits much better and allows better control and movement when he needs to pant or open his mouth for a bit. It does what it says when it comes to prevention of a full lick, bite, or any unnecessary bad habits or prevention dogs may do. Highly recommend, leather straps is a plus as well to guarantee security.

Soft and comfy
Soft and comfortable for our dog to wear. We didn’t want a muzzle that enclosed her mouth completely and this product allows her to drink and pant without restriction whilst ensuring she can’t snap at other dogs when she gets upset/anxious.

Ok but not great for my huge dog
I have a Newfoundland and thought the XL would fit. The muzzle was too narrow for my dog. He was also able to easily take it off. Did not look comfortable. I added some laces to secure muzzle to his collar. I purchased this because my dog got a cut above his nose and thought it would be good for him to have it on so he would not rub off his ointment medication. My dog, I think is just too big for this muzzle but made it work for the meantime. My dog is now healed and have no need for muzzle anymore.Update: don’t be afraid to purchase. I got a money back guarantee.

Good for Danes
We have Danes who go to the barn with me in the morning and they LOVE to eat poop. This is a good muzzle to help discourage taste-testing. Easy to use and fit. Have used it on our med and large Danes with no problem.

Good, but need more cushion
Its works well, but its intense. Some more cushioning would help prevent irritation/ hair loss on the dogs face…

well designed as far as fit, but not sure how sturdy it is for a 200 lb dog
it's a decent muzzle. good for a really big dog. I have a 140 pound kangal puppy that seems to not mind this one nearly as much as a Baskerville. it's light and has great ventilation. easy for me to get it on and off him, and he wasn't able to get it off on his own so far, tho he didn't really try very much (I slowly trained him to get comfortable with it) . he did bend it a little trying to eat something on the ground for a while.. but it worked. he found a roadkill and couldn't pick it up,, so for that alone i'm glad I spent 35$ lol. I am probably going to get a more serious muzzle if I can find a heavy duty one on his size. wouldn't leave him alone with a cat with this thing on,, lol... I don't have too much faith in the durability of this for a high intensity moment with a super strong dog. muzzle is made with the same thin wire they use for normal sized dogs. but that being said, it's functional and my dog will wear it and I never leave him alone around cats anyway,, lol

Great for aggressive dogs
My Great Dane had some aggressive issues, I used this on him for a few weeks until he learned to stop getting in dogs faces and he’s doing much better now, love this cause its very breathable and can still drink water with it on

Finally!
Finally after 4 different muzzles I’ve found one that fits my 145lb Great Dane. From hand sized to specialty ordered from stores made for her breed NOTHING has worked. It’s either to big or to small.I also love how lightweight this one is compared to other metal muzzles, and how the nose pad isn’t 4 inches wide. So many of them ride up into the eyes. This one is perfect. The only two things that are an issue-1.) The piece that slides to hold the head strap between the eyes is located on the long strap (the side with the holes) this causes an issue because my girls neck is to small for the original holes so an additional one will need to be made which isn’t a big deal. However because of that piece and how much I had to pull the neck strap it mispositioned the head strap. I had to relocate the piece to the buckle side of the neck strap. Which wouldn’t be that big of a deal except it’s VERY small and I had to stretch it many times and use multiple tools to pull it through. So that was a pain. So for future reference I would put it on the buckles side and NOT the long side.2.) as noted the neck strap was to big. Additional holes being made all the way down would be beneficial. As most dogs do not have that big of a neck girth behind their ears.
