Q: Is this the most robust, healthiest olive oil?

This question as posed is impossible to answer as robustness is a personal choice and asking if it is the most open it up to many hundreds of brands of extra virgin olive oil. Spend the $30 and give it a try, what’s the worst that can happen, not robust enough!

Q: I put this in the refrigerator for a week and it never turned solid. Authentic unblended olive oil always turns solid in the fridge. Is this a blend ?

To my knowledge it is not a blend. I have never refrigerated my olive oil. I keep it in the dark cabinet away from any heat source. Never had a problem. I find this to be a highquality oil.
