I did not use this every day so I cant tell you exactly how long it will last but it will not be very long so you will need to buy this quite regularly and given its price could become quite expensive. My other issue was that the calories in this are still somewhat low so if you are using this for mass gain this for the average person will only work out around 1/6 of your daily intake and if you are using this as a meal replacement because you don't have time to eat lots throughout the day then you will be looking at having 2-3 servings a day which could have this used up in under 2 weeks. The carb/fat/protein ratio is O.K but it could be better if it had more carbs and fat (if bulking you will still need some more carbs and fats to go with this to hit you macro intake per meal) which would also boost the calories in this. So overall I find it hard to recommend this product based on its value and lacking in more calories and macronutrients.
