Works Good, Kind Of
Everything works great on this remote except for three features. First the select button does not work on Hulu, I contacted Hulu and they said with the last update it will not work for this remote, it works on all my other apps though. Second the remote will put it self to sleep after a couple minutes so you have to wake it up to use it again which is not a big pain until you try to pause a program it only takes a few seconds to wake up. Third you have no mic so you will not be able to use the voice controls or be able to use the Alexa features. I was using three remotes my fire, TV, and soundbar so I was able to program my TV and soundbar onto this remote just the select button on the Hulu app does not work. If the select button on Hulu worked this would almost be a perfect remote since I have a Echo and can control Fire TV with it.

TERRIBLE!
This product is just horrible! From the time I got it out of the box and read the 5 inch long instructions which were created in broken English, the setup was a disaster. Not only did the remote not pair with either of my two fire TVs, it would not pair with my TV either. Checked online there are no clear, concise instructions that better the process compared to the instruction card inside the Box. Cannot even find out who the name of the maker is of this product. There's nothing on the box, and nothing on the remote itself. It's embarrassing that Amazon would carry such a product without having reviewed at for concise instructions and ease of use.

Very Difficult to see keys
It is very difficult to use the keyboard. The keys are very difficult to see. The outline of the keys has a highlight but the keys themselves are very dark. If the actual letters were lit this would be great. I'm going to try it for a couple more days but if I continue to have difficulty using it I will return it if the seller has a solution I would love to hear from him.I have decided to edit this review. I want to be fair to the seller. I do wear reading glasses and my vision is not the best. I think the keyboard would serve me better if the keys were backlit in a brighter color like orange. For others the brightness might not be an issue.Update: I have changed my rating from a three to a two. The volume button, the page up and down button and several other buttons do not work. Amazon support could not get it to work and recommended I return it. I have not heard from the sellers so I'm assuming the buttons are designed to work. Contemplating returning this device if I can't get any help.

Works good on Fire Stick
Bought for my Fire TV stick. Works well. The air mouse is the best feature. It's basically like a Wii. You point & click. This works great for side loaded apps that require a mouse. Much better than the toggle mouse app. The keyboard on back works well. Great for searching for things. Especially in Netflix & such. It connects as a Bluetooth game controller. Whenever you stop pressing buttons it disconnects after a very short time. When you want to use it again you have to press a button & wait for it to reconnect. Pop up on screen tells you when it's connected & disconnected. Once connected again, you may have to press a button a few times before it does anything. Also, it doesn't have the voice search button from the original remote. The biggest reason I purchased this remote was because I have 3 fire sticks & I lost a remote. Plan was to use this remote as the main remote in living room to give my projector stick a remote. But, this remote isn't good enough to fully replace the original. I might want to voice search or ask Alexa something. I might also be in a hurry & not want to wait 10 to 30 seconds before I can press a button when the remote isn't paired. I give 4 stars because this seems to be the only option for an alternative remote with keyboard and air mouse for the Fire Stick. Those features are worth their weight in gold. The programming to your TV directions are confusing & requires your original remote to be capable of something. I didn't even bother to try to figure that out. Seems like you have to program each button separately that you want to use on the TV. So I skipped trying that.

Uneven performance.
This remote is a lot larger and heavier than it needs to be. It also has worse range than the 2.4 ghz wireless remotes I wanted to replace with this. The backlighting was uneven and constantly dimmed and got brighter. I had a lot of trouble pairing it with an Nvidia Shield as well as an MI box. The TV Box would see the remote, start pairing, but could not connect. I finally got it to pair after a dozen tries. It also eats batteries. Still, it is a Bluetooth remote, and there are not a lot of them out there. I kept it for use in emergencies, but I really do not like it. The 2.4 GHZ Penkou is much, much better, even if not a BT.
