I purchased this for my husband - just about the only brand that has helped with his snake skin. His hands get super dry and crack because he works in food manufacturing and is constantly washing his hands. Scent is not bad - does not leave hands greasy - so far he has had reasonably softer hands. Price is ok - I previously found this brand in a variety pack at Wal-Mart for Christmas.

Funny name, excellent product. I purchased my first small container of this cream at a hospital gift shop. I used it and had to have more. I found it here, in bigger containers too. Its so creamy and smooth. It has the consistency of luxurious face cream, and what it does to your skin is downright miraculous. Im an RN, so I washy hands a gazillion times a day. Even in the summer time, my hands and forearms tend to be dry. I use this cream all the time, especially at night. No dry skin anymore. !!!! This moisturizes like a dream, and it doesn't leave your skin feeling oily or greasy. It rubs right in and goes to work. I will always have this at home, at work, and in my book bag. And at these prices, you can afford to stock up. You can't go wrong with this purchase. You will LOVE it. !!

Bought this for my sister. She is an RN (24 yrs.) and has to wash her hands many times a day. It causes her hands to lose much of the natural oils and results in very dry hands. She has looked at and used many different products over the years, and she told me this is the best product she has found. She and others at the hospital are all using this product and getting some relief for their dry hands. It keeps hands soft and does not leave a greasy feeling.

My Husbands hands during winter get really dry and cracked. He recently had to pour a cement slab. Working with the cement really did his hands in. I saw this product and decided to have him try it. I also purchased cotton gloves to put over the salve. He has now applied it nightly for 4 nights and I can feel the difference on his hands. He said his hands no longer hurt and feel alot better. The product absorbs nicely, and is not greasy. It was definitely a win getting this product. I would purchase again.

Funny name but oh so useful!! No smell, or at least my husband and I haven’t picked up on it. Really fixes our booboos which we seem to inflict on our hands. Both in our 70’s so dry skin is a constant without this product. Not heavy, smooth quick application, stays on with no more itching. No greasiness is a big plus for us. A small application last through most of our many hand washings.

Be very careful when ordering. The 1.4oz jar is 14.99 and the 5 oz is 18.99. This stuff does work extremely well and I will buy another.

Duke Cannon Bloody Knuckles hand repair balm. I really love Duke cannon products! The products work so great and tough on extremely dry cracked skin. Heals quickly also. Only one thing I would love for them to do is fill the jar like O'keefe because Duke Cannon is in very close running with them, if not better.Differences : I can still feel the cream slightly from O'keefe but Duke's smoothes right into the skin. On first application I feel less dryness with Duke's than O'keefes. O'keefe's does fill their jars to the top. Duke Cannon's does not. So although in the pics they are different size jars you can see the fill is not the same. Also, both products do not wash off easily which is great when washing your hands often. Although both are really great products, I still do favor Duke's, just wish it was a filled jar by size not weight, (and support the small business's out there too.)
