Farm Country Western Ranch Set

NOT A GOOD TOY!!! BUT A GREAT MODEL TRAIN STRUCTURE!!! I found that after trying the assembly it was much better going over the snap together joints with Tacky Glue kept the structure square and tight. My 5 yr old twin grandgirls had the job of painting the oxen. It was something that they could do and do well. How hard is one color. The older kids helped weather the structure. We also made hay bales. There was something all the kids aged 5-12 could do. To buy this set if advertized as a model railroading structure it would have cost 2-3 times more and all the accessories would have had to be bought seperately. So in my opinion "this was a great deal!" And I found it a quality product for that use.

I needed a barn for my Christmas villageSo awesome

My Grandson absolutely loved it. We had searched many stores for a farm set, but could not find anything that was an actual farm set. This was well priced and perfect for him to pretend with.

Well I basically wanted just a barn structure so that my son could put all of his little plastic animals in it. I took all of the extra pieces and put them away for now since there are a ton of unbelievably tiny pieces. The barn door falls off every time he tries to open or close it. I like that the roof just lifts off so he can see what is inside. There is no bottom to the barn and the sides are made up of smaller flat pieces that click together and slide up and down even once clicked together. Not the sturdiest toy, but he still plays with it at the table. I just wouldnt recommend it for someone who wants it to be able to move all over while playing with it. I have to keep it in one spot on the table and he gently puts the animals in and out.

Grandsons enjoyed. Pieces a little small and plastic but fun. Hard to find "traditional" toys so appreciated finding this set.

Bought this for a Christmas present. (purchased in August and kept in closet until mid-december). Opened it up and went to assemble and this was the cheapest thing I have ever seen. I had to use scotch tape to hold the sliding doors on. The plastic was very thin. Details were pathetic... It CLEARLY is not made for any sort of kid play.. maybe a model for train table or craft project but not for kid play. Never did finish putting together, just returned all items to the big box and threw away. WASTED money. If you want a barn for your kids to play with go with the Melissa and Doug one... wish we would have.

The children to whom I gave it are still playing with it over a year later. It has their seal of approval!

Falls apart too easily, very flimsy for this amount of money.

Would be fine for anyone who wanted to use it as a display, but it makes a lousy toy. The barn is made of several plastic pieces that are hard to move around while playing. The animals are not a bad size, but everything else is small and flimsy. Don't by as a toy. Spend extra for a better farm.
