Definitely try homeopathics first ....
If you've used homeopathics and realized their benefits, then this is one more that you might want to add to your supply. It depends on your body type (you do know about the three major body types, right?) and whether your body type's tendencies will be to fall off balance in the direction of needing this ... still with me? Then you do know about balancing your body, and which way your balance will off-center. I'm a kapha, female, and my constitutional imbalance tendency is water imbalance -- one of the variations of that imbalance is re-centered by graphities -- look it up in your homeopathic reference materials -- your "Materia Medica with reperatory" ... I've used the Boericke edition of the materia medica for decades -- used to it -- but there are some on-line resources now that will help -- but, it's a good practice to double check by reading the materia medica to refine your understanding of the symptom spectrum for the particular remedy. Meditating and visualizing will optimize your mind/body connection and greatly enhance your rebalancing. If you're new to homeopathics, consider the 'cell salts' of homeopathy, and get a simple book discussing them, like "The 12 Tissue Salts".... great place to start working with homeopathics to rebalance your body.

Kids liked them
Wanted meds for kids that dint tasted bad or hard to swallow. The ones I tried with similar composition did not work out well with kids. These sugary balls were welcomed by kids and meds did their job as well. Homeopathy meds are always better for kids
