So easy to attach to the top of my vehicle, has so much room to fit a family of 4 stuff in for going away and with plenty of room left, well worth the money

There are so many roof bags out there is was hard to choose. I am so glad I got this bag.Upon arrival I unpacked it and I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase.The bag came in a draw string bag to store away after use.The material is so strong and thick waterproof.It also had a very good zip with Velcro to hide the zip and keep it all water tight.The straps that came with the bag are very robust and we didn’t have to use any additional straps.We traveled over 240miles on a motorway and the bag held up even with rain.I would definitely recommend this bag as an addition to your car for a long trip.

Used only coming back and forth from London over the Christmas period. Reasonably easy to install. As per previous reviewer I put plyboard inside to give shape to the base and assist in sliding the 31 litre plastic under bed storage boxes into place. I could get 5 boxes into the bag plus a baby folded highchair comfortably. So capacity is really around 155 litres mark with my setup. The 400 plus capacity quoted is I think very optimistic. It rained the whole six hours journey back without moisture entering.Just follow the instruction and have the zip closures at the rear of the car.The material seems robust but if you are storing sharp edged items no doubt you will be asking for trouble.When you have six people and a dog to transport this did prove useful.

👎Pros:It does have an impressive amount of storage.Easy to place on top of the car and the four buckles and heavy duty zipper did provide ample security.The material was very durable and did provide protection during wet conditions, to a certain extent.Cons:Unfortunately trying to pack this thing out was a nightmare and I ended up spending far too much time rearranging items in order to effectively secure down the straps.There were moments when driving where the bag had actually started to slip on one side resolves this by purchasing an anti slip mat to go underneath the bag however this would flap around when driving and had started to scratch the paintwork of the car.If not fully packed out the material flaps around in the wind, this also resulted in the zips slightly opening.I had noticed during a slightly wet day that rain had gotten inside the bag.It ended up becoming such a chore using the bag that I swallowed my pride and purchased a roof box instead that has been nothing but perfect and so much more convenient.

Used with a Ford Focus with cross bars. Only used for a single camping holiday so can’t comment on long term sturdiness. 4 hours of driving rain on the motorway but contents remained perfectly dry so impressed by that. The bag is spacious and we found we were trying to fill it as full as possible to aid safe attachment to the car - don’t be fooled by neat bag pictures. It is much trickier to load up than we expected and took way longer to attach securely too. Instructions are minimal so no real help. There is a generic roof bag video on you tube we discovered too late to help us. Returning home we have cut a piece of hardboard to size which gives the bag some rigidity which cost very little but which we believe will help packing and attaching securely next trip. We would recommend this bag with the caveats above.

Bought this in the summer to take the camping gear with us as out boot is not that big. It was perfect loads of room fit securely to the bars, Kids loved it as thy were not squished in with all the tent and everything would recommend this product
