Good Value
The handle is plastic, but seems quite strong, whilst the business end of the roller looks to be made from high quality rubber. All in all, very good value for money.

Disappointed
With such good feedback I settled for this brayer. Unfortunately the one I received did not run smoothly. It dragged at one point on every rotation and caused a problem when rolling out the ink. There was nothing obviously misaligned but I returned it as it was unusable for my purposes.
