I took a chance in this skirt knowing how inexpensive it was. The liner is made out of fabric used for a coat liner. It is thin, and the skirt is somewhat see-through. If the liner was made from a more substantial fabric, the skirt would be great. The tulle is cute, with adorable stars, and the elastic waistband is nice. Unfortunately, the skirts may only be used as dress up in the house, because of their lack of modesty.
