DiaperSens Adult Incontinence Smart Diaper Sensor for Wet Diaper Alert

This is my first Amazon review. My wife and I run an infant child care at our house. Currently we have 6 kids we need to change diapers for them during the day. To simplify the process, we tend to change diapers for all 6 kids at the same time about every 3 hours: when they first arrive around 9am, 12pm, 3pm and 5:30pm before they leave. The batched scheme saves us a lot of effort on maintaining a sheet to keep tracking the wet diaper schedule for each kid every day. However one problem for this batched solution is, we found we used more diapers than before. This might be caused by we tend to change a new diaper for a kid anyway even it's only a little bit wet. We did this is just for maintaining the "batch". Otherwise they became unaligned again which were very difficult to remember. For quite a while, we thought we had found the best approach (well, at the expense of extra diapers, but still pays over comparing to the disaster of forgetting to change diapers)..., until I found this small product. In one sentence, it simply allows us to use our old "individual tracking" way with almost zero effort (yes almost zero, because I still need to attach the sensor to the diaper with a sticker they provided, or maybe I can also use any other stickers? Haven't tried yet). And the App's sound notification is extremely useful for us since we are not as addicted to the smartphone as the young generations. If I have to agree technology does something useful for myself this could be an example. Because my old tracking paper never alerts me on anything happens (just kidding...). Anyway, this gets too long. But I do want to let others know my own good experience with it after using it for a week. Maybe also express some of my gratitude for people who created this product. when I originally ordered this product I was pretty upset about the battery life and Bluetooth range, the battery was some how defective so that answers the battery problem. After they reached out to me they tried very hard to make it right, the company is making improvement on the products Bluetooth and software. As it stands the Bluetooth is meant to preform brief checks when you enter a room and not from a distance. This product does work on adult briefs which is nice since that is a good portion of my clientele. Just remember there are limits to a product this small.

I purchased this sensor for my incontinent family member and so far, it has been extremely helpful and reliable. Before we got DiaperSens, I would have to constantly check to see if the diaper was wet, but now I get a simple phone alert! The app is great and easy to use, and setting up everything took less than five minutes with the video tutorial. The adhesive refills are also very affordable, and I will be buying a pack as soon as I run out. Clean-up is easy too.

I bought the DiaperSens for my grandma, and it has really helped make her life easier. The sensor makes everything really convenient for us because of the alerts. I definitely think that people should watch the Youtube videos to put together the sensor and app. I would recommend this to anyone who has an incontinence problem.
