Black heavy gauge leather encasing 2 ply molded lead weight with spring steel shank. Size is about 9 inches in length. There is a large black leather loop attached to the top of the sap for attaching to the wrist or arm. Perfect protection and considered a non-lethal weapon.

I've had this lovely little addition to my daily configuration for a couple of weeks now, and after twelve days of constant carry I have discovered that it is exceptionally comfortable to carry tucked behind the belt buckle of ones trousers. This makes a simple adjustment to employ with either hand all that is necessary.

Quality & Engineering of product.
This SAP defense weapon is of high quality leather material & construction. Not sure all available sizes but this 9” is a perfect length for my size hand ( my glove size is a “Large”). If your glove size is a XL or above an 11” would be a perfect length for you. I’ve had four in the past which I’ve given two away as gifts, but non of them compared with the Boston Denver SAP. I actually love it so much I’m going to purchase one more for fear some idiot will discontinue it, or attempt to improve it and screw it up.
