I purchased this initially after having a terrible gout attack in my ankle that caused me to miss work because of the pain associated with walking and my foot was so swollen I couldn't even put a boot on. Since than, with taking 2 capsules in the morning every day of this supplement I have had ZERO gout attacks in the last 6 months. Tart Cherry is an amazing anti inflammatory and antioxidant and is great for your joints.

I don't see a difference but have taken one daily for over 3 years because studies show it is helping with joints & mobility.

I didnt have serious gout attacks for almost a year now after regularly taking this. I only had few mild attacks but that is because i sometimes eat high purines food from time to time when i got tempted like in parties or eating outside in restaurants. But as long as i regulary take this with the help of cherry juice and good fruits, im able to control my urice acid. Ounce of prevention is better than any gout flares.

Since I have been taking 2 a day over the last 2 years I have not had a single flare up of my Gout. It is a must of you are a gout sufferer.

It works for gout; However, increasingly I found the caplets are poorly assembled with jagged edges and kinks. I found better products that do the same or better without the quality issues or the big name big price.
