Perfect fit.. comfortable.

These were a birthday gift for my grandson and he was so very excited.

We bought these as a gift for our son and they are typical Vans quality-great! He loves them and wears them daily. They fit perfectly and just the same as Vans we bought at the Vans store. We love Vans because they are sturdy and well made and all the kids love them. These are particularly great because even for band performances he can get away with wearing these since they have black soles and no laces! Prime membership ensured speedy delivery at no cost and since we got them on Amazon we saved a few bucks as well!

Length wise they fit but width wise they are a bit small. My child can usually fit in normal width shoes, but I'd recommend considering a little wider. They hurt my kiddos feet and have left intention marks on the foot from the edges of the elastic parts seen inside that stretch the top sides of the shoe and rub on the sides of the foot when walking. When worn with socks they are more comfortable. They do scuff a bit easily on the rubber part that wraps around the entire shoe at the bottom. We bought for a dance outfit and need them to be completely black, now there are white scuffs.

Christmas gift for my daughter see loved them.

I was expecting a lot of the shoe to be canvas. However, the quality of the shoe was amazing. The red is mostly a suede and the white contrasts are a leather type material which will be easier to keep clean. Purchased for our 14 year-old granddaughter's birthday and she loves them.

I bought these for my daughter to replace her converse and she loves them! They fit well and are a good everyday sneaker.
