Steve Madden Unisex-Adult (Luggage only) Spinner, Harlo Teal Blue, One Size

We planned to go on a 16 day cruise and realized out old luggage had wheel issues. Time for new. We liked the color, all pieces have good room inside for packing. I'll need to be careful of weight limits when we fly! They seemed sturdy and easy to find when it was time to grab our luggage at the end of the cruise.

This luggage set was bought as a grad gift. Very pleased with design and overall look. Rolls very easily and pivots nicely. Seems sturdy and comes with a warranty. Thinking I should get another set for myself!

BEST GIFT EVER!I bought the Steve Madden Designer Luggage Collection as a gift for my businessman son, who travels frequently, and I am filled with pride observing it being used! The set is pure quality, with a five year guarantee. The two suitcases expand, allowing for greater volume, and the smaller case can be hand carried or strolled. (It’s even being used as a gym bag!). The wheels are sturdy and provide flawless 360 degree movement, even over uneven concrete. The set is lightweight, functional, sturdy and attractive. Truly, this is a very good purchase!

Purchased this set for my wife. She say: I fell in love with the picture of this set. It looked elegant and sassy. We bought this set b/c the carry on bag and checked bag fits size for American Air. Small bag is too big to use as a personal item but ordered anyway b/c it is cute and can be used for ground travel. Set came quickly and fits inside each other. Baggage is large inside and seems to be well made. Love the little tassels on the front. Did not notice any weird smells other posters had mentioned. THE BAD: The compression straps inside the suitcase are not elastic. I've never seen that before and it didn't work well. But the really bad is that the color looks different in person vs the picture and that’s the reason for 4 stars. Luscious Silver set has a purple tint. Looks like the cloth inside a casket. Makes them look like cheap/knockoff bags. In the picture its's silver. I'm going to attach a pic as well but it doesn't really show up purple in my pic either. Believe me in person it is obvious. And you will see in the pic the zipper isn't sewn on straight. And the leather(?) around one of the zippers is flaking off like the zipper got stuck on it. Just not high quality. I kept the bags anyway b/c we had travel plans. Have flown with the set twice and they held up well. They are easy to spot on luggage carousel. The cloth did have a few picks in fabric after flying and handling but still looks ok. Wheels roll in all directions well and smoothly. A little harder to roll on carpet but on other floors I could roll easily. Happy w/set except for the color.

I rarely take the time to submit reviews, but felt compelled to in this case. I did a LOT of searching for a new luggage set for a two-week girls' trip through Scotland & Ireland, and finally decided on this set - I'm so happy I did! On & off the tour bus, approx. seven different hotel changes, four flights, and they held up beautifully. I used the smallest as my carry-on bag, and it was the perfect size. On a smaller plane they made others store their carry-on bags separately, but I was able to keep mine with me because it was just small enough. The largest bag is expandable and I was able to (with the help of packing cubes) cram a lot in and still stay under 50 lbs. A great price and so stylish! I felt quite fancy rolling these pieces through the airport ;) and they stood out from the rest. The only issue was that I put too many items in the clear pocket in the smallest bag and the plastic pulled away from the fabric on one side - just a caution to others who may buy this set - but I definitely still recommend it!

I purchased the Steve Madden Luggage because I wanted something jazzy for my Africa trip. The luggage is gorgeous. However, the TA from the airport were ruff with my luggage. Landing in Africa, I went to get my luggage, I discovered a tear and rip. I immediately reported to the claims departed. They gave me he**. Luckily for me, I were able to pull my receipt from Amazon showing the luggage were new. The airlines did pay for the damaged luggage.

I'm definitely not impressed with this set. The only pluses are the look & pockets. The blue is incredible and so gorgeous in person, the pictures do it no justice at all. I ordered two sets (first set had a lining zipper sewed on so wrong it wouldn't zip up the last 5 inches and left a gaping hole through to where the handle pulls up) and both sets had some kind of manufacturing issues. The stitching is a little loose and on the second set they completely went off the fabric of the expansion zipper for about three inches. Pull handle on the smallest case is wobbly. I only kept and used because I ran out of time to mess around shopping for another set. Definitely not the quality I was expecting for the price I paid. But they're very roomy and function well.P.S. I have never left a review but considering the crap I went through, I figured it was worth warning people.

The first set I received I had to return because the small bag was deformed. I just received my new set, and so far so good. My hubby ordered a set as well in black. The one I ordered was purple. The spinning wheels are amazing, but they should have made the small bag like that as well. The small bag only has 2 wheels. The color is beautiful, and very unique. It will be easy to find at the airport or cruise port. I will definitely update this after my trip.
