Summary: very good ball valve for rain barrelsPros: good fit & finish, stainless steel hardware, teflon ball & seats, smooth operationCons: ball stops are not quite correct as ball will not OPEN to 100% (probably 3/32" left); pictures show handle is 2-5 degrees off in both the OPEN and CLOSED positions, so the stops are molded in the wrong place (either on the handle or the body)Discussion:For the issue where the ball does not open all the way, one option is to flip the handle over; another would be to file down the knob for the OPEN position only (CLOSED while not straight does completely close it with 2-5 degrees more)Application:Using these for rain barrels.
