I bought this bracelet for my mum who wasnt a very good sleeper due to anxiety, she wears the bracelet 24/7 and says she feels great she has been sleeping alot better which gives her more energy and less anxiety, i wish i had got her one sooner, when it arrived i was really really pleased with it it looked better than in the pictures and has now led to other family members investing in one and to top it off the free little owl bag charm was so cute so thanks.

It broke within 2 weeks of wearing it not very secure. Very disappointed as it’s a very pretty bracket.

I bought this bracelet as I suffer from arthritis in my hand more so in my fingers after a week of wearing this bracelet I noticed my fingers were not hurting like they used to so I brought another one for my other hand also purchased one for my daughter as she suffers from anxiety also they look really nice very pleased with my purchase would definitely recommend.

It looks lovely but im not sure about any benefits that are meant to come with ....the only down side is the the silver bits are quite pointy and dig into your skin

My only is that it is to tight on my swollen wrist
