I was leery about this and the sizing. I read and reread the reviews. I went back and forth on weather to get a Large or XL. I decided on the large which was a US S/M. I'm glad I went with the large! I could have actually gone down a size to make it a tighter fit. But I got this and some "slimming" cream to try to help with the the tummy, back and arm fat. So I just need it to sweat! And so far it's working well!!!! This was the ONLY trainer I could find that had longer sleeves to go all the way down to my elbows. Where I need the most help! I do have a large bust 34DDD so the zipper does slid down slightly but I've got a safety pin holding it up. I've had to do this before with other waist trainer I've ordered. No biggie though for the price I'll deal with it! It's a very good quality. I read some reviews that said it smelled "chemically" that's just the neoprene. Every one of these trainers/trimmers with neoprene I've bought smelled just the same. Just wash it and you're good. It's going to keep a slight smell because of the neoprene (that's what makes you sweat) but this one I've got isn't bad at all. It's not toxic...For your reference I'm 5'4" about 164lbs (working on going down to 135) I'm also learning to love myself just as I am... As mentioned before 34DDD bust. I hope this helps! Got with your gut on sizing. They are pretty stretchy so if you go a size smaller it should work. If not Amazon has an awesome return policy. As soon as your item is in the mail checked in at the post office you get your credit so you don't even have to wait for them to physically haven't in their hands and go through the credit process back to the card you purchased it on.

Both the pants and the top are of good quality. I can still complete my regular workouts wearing them and they indeed increase my sweat. The seller responded to my email quickly and was very professional. The only reason o gave them 4 not 5 was because the size chart is off by about 1 size to big.

Vest is a great addition to my daily workout. Warms my muscles and increases perspiration while being flexible and comfortable. WARNING: vest is a bit tight across the breast area, particularly for females who are size "c" or larger.

I was so excited to wear this to the gym tomorrow and one ! It smells so bad you could never wear that the smell is so bad like a tire shop! Second the zipper won’t stay zipped !it for great ! But it just won’t work 😩 a bigger size would not work, the top then would be to large !booo I’m so sad ! I was so looking forward to this item .

I purchased this top and the pants, so I could workout while working from home. I already have a under the desk stepper and thought why not get this to sweat more. I am a size 18/20 bottoms and xxl on top and weight around 210.. So with that said and the product information stated "runs small", I went a size higher (4x) the arms gap right at the arm pit and it is so small I cant pull shirt together for it to zip. My pants fit OK but I don't sweat like I want too. Both Top and Bottoms have a very strong smell just and FYI.If your actually fat, like I am and your stomach falls off top of your pants, take into consideration that sizes will fit in some areas of the body and not the other. My 4xl in top will not zip and gaps and pants are not tight enough to sweat. Even though I hate returning items, both will be going back.

Love how it fits perfectly and doesn’t feel heavy. It also works very well and you definetly sweat more wearing this.

3x I’m 5’9 210lb normally I get away with L to XL in most tops because I have a huge bust but 3x fits perfectly- I knew better than to buy a XL the 3X I would say fits like an XL - this one is not too tight not loose just enough room to move but still makes contact with the skin to enable the top to make you sweat, I am able to move around comfortably without feeling restricted but ultimately I was worried about it covering my bra I’m a double D - it doesn’t its just what I wanted and needed - definitely suggest to buy this- I’m super picky with the thermal tops and this is perfect and such a great buy thank you so very very much c:
