Easy to use and clean.

Good product
Keeps food warm better than other products we've tried.The raised curve is a great idea to help get food onto spoon, however it should be positioned on the opposite side of the bowl to the hot water spout so that the hot water spout faces AWAY from the person eating from the bowl.

Useful but could be improved
Having had stomach surgery I have to eat very slowly so my food was getting cold. It does keep the food hotter for longer but I found it very difficult to secure the plate part back onto the base, maybe because it’s new(?). I did it eventually but somebody who’s older and perhaps has issues with dexterity might struggle

Effective and safe.
Very good and effective. I liked the way the water goes into the side bit which screws in quite tightly. It keeps the water completely safe.It's good that it has a lid on it as well as this helps with keeping the food hot when moving it from the kitchen to the table and it's a decent size for most adult sized meals. It was easy to keep clean, just a wipe and it was done.

Too big for what I needed. Baby food to keep warm. Doesn't fit in Hugh chair so only used once

Keeps food warm warm
Bought this to take my mum meals down it’s great keeps food warm , only thing the stopper doesn’t stay in tight it falls out apart from that I’m happy that i can keep mums meals warm

AN UNDELIVERED PROMISE
ALTHOUGH I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM AMAZON TELLING ME THE MUCH AWAITED DISH HAD INDEED BEEN DISPATCHED, the next thing I know is that I received an email SEVERAL DAYS LATER when I expected the dish to show up, saying that there had been no dishes left in stock and that it might be a long time if indeed ever before the item would be re-stocked. This has never happened before with an item bought from Amazon.co.uk or the market place ... I have always been satisfied both with their products and specially with their serivces. As no other dish fitting the same requirements (heating, with lid) was available I was re-imbursed the cost, which was done quite rapidly.

Pensavo migliore
Sistema molto utile per tenere al caldo una pietanza, terminata anche in 30 minuti. Riempire con acqua bollente.Di contro, il tappo non si chiude bene e bisogna fare attenzione, perde acqua se si muove. Meglio mettere sotto un piatto piano. La guarnizione antiscivolo si stacca sempre. Vedremo nell'insieme quanto durerà.
