Freight car weights
Excellent material, I wanted to get some clarification and had to call up the company. Customer service was really good. I am using the shot to add weight to model train freight cars., so that so that my train cars come up to NMRA Weight standards and reduce derailing.. The small size makes it versatile.

Useful for chiropractic therapy
We use this product for spinal molding. The price was competitive but the shipping was pricy, but given the weight of the product, I don't blame them. It weighs 25 lbs which is what we needed for the spinal molding therapy, but they could make it easier to carry somehow, maybe by giving it handles.
