Was able to start a partially drained OEM Panasonic 14 year old Group 27F battery on 4Runner 4.0L V6 this spring. Had to stretch the jumper cables between the battery post since they are barely long enough but it worked. I read another reviewer that said the cables are made of Aluminum vs Copper so that may have something to do with the shortened length of the cables. Copper is a much better conductor so Aluminum is a cost cutting measure.It may be good at jumpstarting a 4.0L V6 but it is NOT good at charging cell phones since it drains quickly to half power just after charging one cell phone with a fully drained 3200mAh battery. It can only charge my cell phone 1.5 times before it's fully drained so it is a bit of a disappointment that cell phone charging capacity is mediocre. I suspect that this is common to these types of smaller jumpstarters which has the high current drain batteries to start your engines but they can't stand up to the charging capacity needed to be a viable battery pack for mobile electronics. So, you can't take this camping or backpacking to charge your cameras/cell phones. For the price of about $60 US, I expect this product to be able to do both jobs. I'll choose a different brand next time or go back to using the 12V lead-acid jumpboxes which are the same chemical type and the size of a quarter of your (gas) car battery but it can do both jobs very effectively though in general, lead-acid batteries (except deep cycle) likes to be kept at 100% or kept near full charge while in storage to maintain longevity.I selected this model/brand over other similar products due to feature such as USB 2.0/3.0+ Quick Charge, 12V socket to run air pump, and ability to jumpstart mid sized SUV engines. Has good quality exterior finish plastic case and a nice carrying zippered hardcase pouch.

This is the best little kept secret of any car battery jumper that I have ever used. I was trying to jump start my car with conventional long jumper cables and was unsuccessful. I remembered that I had purchased it couple day ago. The unit was still packaged and had never been used. Attaching the cable was a simple matter of flipping up the tab that exposed the connector and attaching the cable to the power pack. The light on the power pack illuminates the area so that attaching the cable to the car battery is effortlessly. One push of the power pack button turns on the unit .Fewer lights indicates less charge strength. Once attached and turned on and one turn of my car ignition key and the vehicle started. FANTASTIC!!!!!!!

I went to start my 2006 Toyota Tundra and found the battery was dead. Hooked up the FlyHi for the first time and not even a click from the starter (the FlyHi was fully charged according to the blue lights). Ended up using jumper cables and it started first try. I think a lot of the 5-star ratings are fake.

Plain and simple! This works amazing! After you charge it up the first time you will see how great it is! We have a daughter that plays travel softball and our devices get wore out and always have to be recharged. Even after charging devices all weekend it still had enough power to start a large diesel truck the following week at my work! I have since bought 2 more as gifts, if that tells you how much I love this! It is light enough that I carry it in my everyday backpack

it worked great at a great price，I purchased this product primarily to have readily available in case of emergency. very compact and easy to use. It comes in a nice hard case.

Bought this for my daughter whose car has a random parasitic drain - the battery is just dead some days for no apparent reason. It has saved the day multiple times now. Surprising how much punch comes in such a small package.
