Specifics a detailed review
In my search for this Bible its really hard to tell from the covers which version it is, so for those like me who want to know what's inside:It does not have an indexIt does not have any mapsIt has outside column notes (where they're usually found at the bottom)There are 1334 pages in the OT, 396 in the new. This is the 1960, 1962, 1963, 1968, 1971, 1972, 1973 hardcover edition of the Lockman Foundations Reference Edition of the NASB. If anyone else has this Bible that they're willing to sell and ship to CANADA I would appreciate it.

Good Bible for the money.
The Bible is exactly as described, and I like it a lot. The print is really big and easy on the eyes. The only negative was that it appears to actually be a factory second, because on the binding there is embossed "Side Column References", which is covered over by a gold stripe, since the Bible doesn't have the references, and I didn't want them anyway. It just seemed curious, and sort of typical of other inexpensive Lockman Foundation Bibles I have bought. The price was low because they really couldn't sell it for more money as a "flawless" product. I got what I paid for, and that was fine. The Seller was great.

A Bible you can't put down
I picked up a few copies of this NASV New Testament and can't put it down. I've read through the NT nearly three times since late April (three times in 4 months and a couple of weeks). The writing is exceptionally clear and unambiguous. No matter what people may say about the failures of Christians and various Churches, Jesus is the most compelling person I have ever encountered. No wonder people followed him when he lived and still follow him now some 2,000 years after his death and resurrection. The things he said and did are not the words and actions of any mere mortal. I am in awe of him and appreciative of this clear account of his life.

Exactly what I wanted!
I have been searching for this edition of the NASB for quite sometime. The bible I have now is literally deteriorating, have been reading from this edition for the last 35 years. I understand it is out of print and was thrilled to find it here. I received it within a few days, was very pleased how quick the shipping was. This was a used purchase and I felt the sellers description of the condition was accurate. I'm completely pleased with the "find", the quick processing, the condition of my purchase and the price, for an out of print bible. I did think the bible was going to be a soft cover, as my original is, but this one was a hard covered leather. Still thrilled and thankful I can continue to read from this edition. Thank you!

Great Bible
I reviewed several different Biblical translations before settling on the New American Standard version. This version does a really good job of doing a close translation of the original text and making it understandable to the modern reader. I struggled through the King James Version for years before realizing I didn't have to struggle through cryptic syntax to understand the meaning of the bible. The maps in this bible are fantastic also. There is a map of Jesus' major teaching sites mentioned in the text as well as Paul's journeys and several other important happenings.

Great Bible! Everything I wanted!
I had been sentimentally attached to a NIV Thinline, but wanted a literal translation. I had a copy of the ESV and had read the NKJV, but they were a little too flowery and poetic, when I wanted one that just cut to the chase. Then I found the NASB. I had been reading it for a while on a computer and decided to purchase one. It is thin and though I haven't had it long, durable. The cross references are great! The only thing I don't like is how the NASB renders Song of Solomon, but you should compare translations. As far as the NASB goes: I love it!As far as the different editions of the NASB: This one is GREAT!!!

NASB concordance
Disappointing as it is very old edition back to 1971; less useful.
