Product is working well.. Lasts heat for a quite longer time making it convenientThe product I received had a problem with its charging indicator light.. Originally light should come up when connected and should go off when fully heated but the product I received was working other way around.. I. E when connected there was no indicator light coming up but when fully heated the light came upAnyways its heating heated up well which is the basic performance of the product and I am satisfied with that

Auto cut off doesn’t work. Most importantly the heat doesn’t last long as claimed. It takes 10 minutes to heat and exactly in 10 minutes it is cold
